Marluxia and Lex (Can't spell his name) - Fire
Luxord - bad luck

Zexion - having people seeing him smile, maybe that's why he covers his mouth

I think that Demyx is afraid of Cerberus (why else would he be saying "Run! Run away!") Um.... Axel is probably afraid of water. And all the Organization XIII members must fear the Keyblade. (apart from Roxas of course)
