If you click the link on the e-mail they send you it tells you what has happened to your video next to the information about it. If its not your video it'll be obvious that its been flagged by someone but not removal flagged.

 

Us in UKland have issues with youtube at the moment because of that wholse ****ing argument with Youtube refusing to pay some of the record people monies, so they were like lolnovidsforyouthen. So a **** load of videos now come up as unavailable if you are in the UK.
