Okay, so I decided to browse through the movie listings, to see what's at the cheap movie thaters ($3). It turns out that they're showing Toy Story 3 in 2D. The wierd thing is that one of the other theaters is still showing Toy Story 3 in 3D ($7 and that's including 3D). Is it really worth the extra $4?
Can I just say that I think 3D is completely pointless? I watched Shrek in 3D and I got the worst headache from it. Plus, the stupid glasses wouldn't stay on.
I know what you mean. 3D always makes me increadibly dizzy. I watched a movie in 3D that was about the future and what the animals would look like and as they were flying over a wide tundra, I had to close my eyes and try not to throw up. It's not really worth it. If you get sick from it, I mean. If you don't consider yourself lucky and do it.
Wow I read that so wrong. And couple it off with your wierd Sora sig smile. Yeah, I guess you guys are right. I guess they're still going to try to milk the 3D version for all it's worth. It's amazing to see this movie still going though. The movies that came out on August 20th are already in the cheap movies (besides Toy Story). that's got to tell you something.
Toy Story 3 was a cute movie. But then again, I'm a Disney movie fan. I'm starting a collection of all the old Disney movies on DVD
I preferred the 3D version of the film. It actually looks 3D compared to some of the others that claim to be 3D.
Like Clash of the titans for example. Then again they just transferred the movie into 3d the last moment, they didn't make it a 3d movie from the beginning.
I dunno why everyone is hating on 3D =/ It DOES look better, a lot better in fact. Instead of a flat screen it really looks like your looking into a window. And if Im going in theaters mile as well watch the BEST quality possible! : D
No, 3D is preposterous and does not make real sense. Flat surface = flat movie. 3D glasses are irritating and hurt my head and watching 3D movies gives several people headaches. It feels gimmicky, too. D: I avoid it unless it is a truly necessary thing, like it'll be for Tron and the Star Wars re-releases. Clash of the Titans, completely ignoring the 3D thing, was one of the shittiest movies I've ever seen. /hate
