10 degrees Celsius EDIT: Just checked again. Now it's 60 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 15 degrees Celsius.
But that's the thing. This is Ohioan WINTER. English summer may be cooler than here, but it's still too hot for WINTER. ... Right now? NONE. Yesterday? Enough for a snowman or three.
Yeah.. my point exactly, English summer is still quite warm. Snow shouldn't be solid. Ahh well, it's obviously magical- make snowmen not war :D
Same here, there was snow on the ground as of last night. In fact it was only 7 degrees F two days ago. Now it's 45 degrees F and raining. Weirdest winter ever.
Not as odd as PA. We've only had two times this "season" of snow. A freak storm on Halloween that was about 3 feet of snow, and two days ago. But it's all gone now with the rain... Today is a suckish day.
10? That's only a ten degree jump (minimum)! Please. One day, -30. The next, +20. It's not that uncommon.
