    Well for games it's Sephiroth; he's just plain cool. For books it's probably, Voldemort. (Just so you know, I've only read up to book 4, so ya. Don't sew me cuz I got into HP late.) Another guy who refuses to die.

    Games/Manga: I have to say that I like Light from DN...or Yoshiya (TWEWY)...well...Yoshiya isnt quite evil but...hes up there...
    I think the best would be Doctor Nefarious from Ratchet and Clank though. XD

    Books: Saint Dane from the Pendragon series...

    Movies: Venom...or Captain Barbossa...
