Support Solved Windows Defender - Scheduling Scans

    So I uninstalled McAffee on my laptop last night because my subscription trial expired today and changed to Windows Defender, which comes with Windows 8.

    I can't quite figure out where to go to set up scheduled scans

    I don't have access to a Win 8 computer, but on my Win 7 you can find scan scheduling in Tools > Options > Automatic Scanning.
