WTF? die already axel!

axel had to die 3 times before actually stop living, how did he come back those 2 times?

 

Axel is one of those characters which are immortal.

Ever heard about Dante (DMC), Cap'n Jack Sparrow (Pirates of Caribbean), Dean (Supernatural).

And the list goes on.

 

To be honest it did actually confuse me the way he "died" multiple times. The first time in Castle Oblivion he faded into darkness that looked very similar to the darkness Larxene faded into when she died, perhaps if members of the Organization aren't mortally wounded they can fake their death in escape.

He must have lived the second time(when Roxas beat him) because it wasn't the real world, or something to that effect. I didn't really get that one, because the way he was talking made it seem like he was going to die when he didn't. We must not have whacked him hard enough to kill him, so he just escaped, twice.

 

Actually if you play the GBA CoM you see that he didn't die right away. He reveals he's not dead after you beat him. In RE:CoM they had to show a losing animation and well... fading into darkness was the poor choice they chose. Ultimately Axel was to be killed by Roxas before Sora was awake. Which would have been quite ironic... but fans liked him so much that they kept him alive.

 

The way I see it, he either faked his deaths in CO and Twilight Town or he was so injured that he retreated and it looked like he had died.

Either way, do you really wish he had died in Castle Oblivion or at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts 2? He was one of those characters that you couldn't help but love.

In CoM, originally, as Ace said, he just vanished. In Re:CoM he just retreaded; he didn't screamed like Vexen or fell like Larxene. In Twilight Town, he says to Roxas:

Axel:...Let us meet again... In the next life.
Roxas: I will be waiting...
*Cries*

Er, I mean. Maybe he said that because he knew that Roxas was going to meet with Sora, and the meaning of this was putting them together. So when he said "next life", was because he knew that he won't see Roxas as he is now. But he would see him like Sora.

For the last time. Remember we are in the Realm of Sleep, so almost everyone who died/vanished is there.

I Do think that the Lea we saw in the trailer is the somebody of Axel who came back when Axel died.

 

This kind of reminds me of the Rasputin, who also took so long to die, but nobody wanted him to come back.

But for Axel's case I think he was kept alive because there was still a story to be told, redeeming actions to be done.

 

I think that, somehow, after he "dies" in the World Between. He someway got in Realm of Sleep. Then, since he emerged there after fading, he now has a heart.

This is what I think. I believe he somehow got his heart back. So I agree with ygorvaz. That Axel from KD3D is his Somebody, Lea.

 

Oh? I was not aware there was such a difference in that scene from GBA to RE:CoM, interesting. The Organization was a loved part of the game obviously, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if/when they make Kingdom Hearts 3 that they bring back all the members in their original form. They'd sell the game easily off the draw of the members returning.

 

it is lea as a full person cuz if you play re:coded yensid states that its possible for a person to exist again if their nobody AND heartless are destroyed...as he and mickey are feared this may happen for xehanort. this is stated at the end of re:coded so its VERY AND ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that Lea and the others are back as people. this would HAVE to be the case if soras gonna save terra ven and aqua. if you go to youtube there is a video that tells you what mickeys letter to sora is.

 

That comment could be related to a hater, but whatever. I could say the same about Sora, but I won't. Axel has only died once in KH2. The event in COM was just making a dramatic get away. The time in KH2 against Roxas was supposed to be his death, but they threw him in afterwards because of the staff liking him.

Axel never died in Re:com he simply just disappeared in that form to make Sora believe he's gone for good. if not Sora would search around the Castle looking for him. Although they say he WAS suppose to die in that game just like vexen, larxene, lexaeus, zexion and marluxia but for being popular to the staff they made him come back in Kh2.

Maybe Axel did the same for when fighting Roxas but he really died when saving sora from those dusks before entering TWTNW

 

Axel faked his death just like xemnas did when he fought sora.
I also like to think xigbar faked his death. I also convinced my brother that he did.

 

It's obviously Lea in KH3D. Axel has green tattoo-thingies under his eyes. Lea does not. Watch the trailer and see for yourself.

 

so when xehanort the apprentice became a heartless/nobody what happened to each heart inmside him (what happened to terras heart and mx heart) im still a little confused about that whole thing. sora also had 2 hearts inside him resulting in his nobody having a heart himself(roxas cries when xion "dies") so does that mean that seeker ansem has terras and xemnas has mx or vice versa?

Axel IMO was intended to be a plot needle if you will to help sew com re:com and 2 together in a bit of a chain plus it was a concept i believe was created in the middle of kh1 but didn't have the time/ budget to change anything by the time they figured out the nobodys and ect that's why in fm you can fight the man because the fm version had more time and funding to work with at the time of its making because they just had to update and re wright some code to change it but still it is awesome! but with that aside axel was not just an add in he IMO of the situation a plot needle to string story's together

 

Axel is toooo boss to have died those first two times. :3 Axel was just faking his death after fighting Sora in Re:Com. Plus, if Axel really did die, he would've made it into as much of a big deal as the rest of the Organization members did.
