Kingdom Hearts II "X" for Kairi's Nobody

Don't know if this has already been discussed, so...sorry, if it is!

Anyway, doesn't anyone else notice that Namine is Kairi's Nobody but she doesn't have an "X" in her name or the fact that Kairi is scrambled in her name? If anyone has any explinations, please let me know.

 

Because Nobody's only have X's if they join the organization.

Namine wasnt in the organization therefore, no X.

She was forced to work for them. It doesn't count.

 

She was forced to in COM. But she was just a puppet, she wasnt actually part of it.

 

Plus Namine and Kairi both mean something to do with the ocean in Japanese. i can never remember what they mean. It's like Kairi=Ocean and Namine=Wave, or something.

but kairi wasn't turned into a heatless. yes she lost her heart, but in a different way

She wasn't part of the organization so she doesn't have a x. But why is she called Namine? Did she give herself that name?

 

She's called Namine because it fits the general...'Trend' with the main characters.

Riku = Land
Sora = Sky
Kairi = Ocean
Nami = Wave, so that's where Namine's name comes from, since waves are generally associated with oceans.

 

I've explained it before, it's only with the Organization that they have X's in their names. And you can actually do this to unscramble Kairi's name:

Namine - Nmne + kri = KAIRI.

That's one way.

Yeah, but no one would know where in the world the 'kri' came from. XD

As for her name, I'm pretty sure Xemnas gave her the name 'Namine', since he probably knew the meaning of Kairi's name (ocean). As for her creation, Kairi's heart was sealed within Sora throughout the whole game. I guess her's replaced his heart or something, I dunno. Anyway, when Kairi lost her heart, she didn't become a Heartless, but she still created a Nobody in the process. When Kairi had her heart returned, it held all of the memories Sora gained throughout his adventure, which somehow contributes to her ability to manipulate memories. When Sora had his true heart returned, it obviously didn't have the memories of the adventure. That means when Roxas was created, he too had no memories of Sora's exploits, unlike the traditional Nobody who retains their memories.

Roxas sees those memories in his dreams in the prologue of KHII because of two factors:

1. Sora's heart did not have the memories, but his mind/brain did, and since he shares a sort of link with Roxas, he can see those memories while asleep.

2. During this time, Sora is in suspended animation, as DiZ is restoring his pre-CoM memories. As this happens, Roxas sees those memories as they slowly return, again due to the link they share. On a side note, I'm betting Sora would only have been able to have been restored to 99%, with Roxas having to fuse back with him for the other 1%.

So, in conclusion, Namine does not have an 'X' in her name, because not only is she not a true member of the Organization, but she was created differently from other Nobodies, so Xemnas had to distinguish her from the rest of them.

The X is only for people in the Organization. As for the name....I think although it doen't unscramble into Kairi,
I think it has a connection to the Japanese meaning of Kairi. Athough I can't remember at the moment as to what it was.
