X-Play

You would think that if they are going to review a game, then they would at least get the name right.

Anyways, I am just ranting about the show, but what are your opinions about the show?

 

it's a good show. i liked there big halloween special

 

Haven't watched that show in quite awhile. Don't really intend to either...

 

The funny thing about X-Play is that they like to insult the games they review, but in actuality, they love them--and is the reason why they get featured on their show in the first place.

 

X-play is my favorite show on G4. I watch it every weekday at 7 (GMT -6 Central).

And attack of the show before that.

 

I don't really know the show. And where I'm staying I definately can't watch it.

But I saw a review they did on Dirge of Cerberus (Youtube is your pal <3), and I personally thought they were talking through their arses.

Yeah, so the game wasn't all the flamingly marvelous but some of the insults they said about the game were downright repulsive damnit.

 

the show is funny. i like their stan lee expierience

 

I love the show and watch it almost everday. Their splinter cell theater with Bob and Steve was the best.

They do sometimes insult games I like, but most of the time they're right about the games.

 

Actually, alot of their reviews are dead on. They point out things that just seem ridiculous and would annoy other players. The thermal energy in Lost Planet is a perfect example. They don't insult the game for fun, theu just use sarcasm to point out all the annoying crap.

However, I honestly had to laugh at their review of R&C: Size Matters. No technical or gameplay problems at all, and they give it a 3/5. It just made me laugh. same with their reveiw of MGS2 and MGS3: Subsistence...

 

dude, X-Play is one of teh best shows on G4. The reviews and skits are hilarious especially that episode where they have to review the 10 Scariest games. The show is just great and Adam Sessler is hilarious. I watch it at 8 P.M(eastern time) right after Attack Of The Show.

 

X-Play is probably one of the few shows I watch on G4 these days, I have lost a lot of interest in that network for some reason....

Anyways, I view them as one of the best game raters out there.

X-Play is the only watchable thing on G4 right since they got rid of thier old shows an replaced it with crap like Cops;what the heck does Cops have to do with gaming!?

I agree with Falco I love that episode and the episode when the show the KH2
secret movie.
