This Rp was inspired by the new show Young Justice.
I haven't posted the thread yet, because I want to get some heroes first.
If you haven't figured it out yet, this is a Justice League RP. To be more specific, a DC Comics Universe RP. Characters are not limited to the actual league, you can play almost anyone in DC plus Original Characters.

Batman ~ LilBueno

(Bruce Wayne)
Both leader of the Justice League and general of Young Justice. The only non-superpowered League Member. His alter ego is rich playboy industrialist Bruce Wayne, head of Wayne Enterprises in Gotham City. He uses his company's vast fortune and resources to fund the League's and Young Justice's operations. He inherited his company from his deceased parents, the reason he went into crime fighting. Despite being the only superhero in the league without superpowers, he is one of the best and most intimidating superheroes. He formed Young Justice to take care of the League's slier operations, beneath the public's eye and the government's. He feels guilty after Young Justice disappeared after sending them to investigate a Cadmus Lab building. He gave Green Arrow permission to for the Justice Cadets from Academy graduates.

Oliver Queen idolized Robin Hood as a childhood and practiced with his own bow and arrow, though he cried when he shot an animal. Born into a rich business family, just like Bruce Wayne, his parents were mauled by a lion in a safari trip. His unwillingness to shoot resulted in their deaths. He inherited their fortune and became a playboy, just like Bruce Wayne. However, on a cruise, he fell off his boat and ended up on an isolated island. With no way to get off, he trained his archery skills in order to survive. The experience turned him into a man. He found out the island was used by drug smugglers to produce heroin. Using his archery skills, he took them out, took their equipment, and alerted the authorities before going home. Using his own business, Queen Industries in Star City, he funded his superhero career. He was recruited into the League and, again just like Batman, used his company to fund them. After Young Justice's disappearance, he formed a team of Academy graduates to find them, calling them Justice Cadets.

Diana is the daughter of Hippolyta, Queen of the immortal Amazons on Paradise Island. Queen Hippolyta held a competition to see who would be sent as an emissary to the "man's world" and forbade Diana from participating. Taking on a disguise, Diana did it anyway and won. She was given the magical uniform and sent off. She didn't keep her identity a secret and helped for the league.

Real Name: Dinah Lance
Dinah was born into a family of crimefighters. Her father was a policeman and her mother was the original Black Canary in the Justice Society of America. Her metagene gave her her famous "Canary Cry." She helped found the Justice League and suggested the name from her mother's old team. Her identity is publicly known.

Powers: Her Canary Cry is a potent sonic attack, able to damage and stun foes or objects. Her scream is able to shatter metal. Possesses a incredible level over her vocal cords. This enables her to mimic sounds and generate any sound she desires, even developing several abilities such as disruption (an incredible amount of damage to non-living targets and a remarkable amount of damage to living targets, stunning people in an area), sound disruption, and inducing sleep. One of the best martial arts master on the planet. Master acrobat and detective.
Equipment: Body armor and a motorcycle.

J'onn is from Mars. Most of his entire race was wiped out by an alien species and he retreated to Earth. The race attempted to take over Earth, but it was this experience that brought the Justice League into fruition. He operates the Watchtower.

At the age of 8, he was able to successfully deduce that Dick Grayson was Robin and Bruce Wayne was Batman. He followed the dynamic duo's adventures, even realizing Dick Grayson was replaced with a second Robin (Jason Todd) and became Nightwing. After the second Robin died, Tim convinced Dick that Batman needed a sidekick. Nightwing took him to the Batcave where he donned a Robin costume and successfully saved Batman from death. Batman took him in as the next Robin, giving him strict rules to avoid having him dying like Jason. Tim was eventually adopted by Batman, but kept his surname. He had a brief stint as the leader of the Teen Titans before joining Young Justice. Out of most sidekicks, he's the most experienced having been Robin for over four years.

Bio: Eddie worked on his aunt's film company set and met the Blue Devil there. Wanting to help the superhero, he made a mechanical suit to become his sidekick. One day, he found a magic candle and, after lighting it, was transported to the realm of the Demon Lord, Neron. Neron made a deal with Eddie, giving him a demonic appearance and powers. If Eddie could still trust the Blue Devil after his 20th birthday, he would be free to keep his powers. If not, his soul would be forfeit to Neron. Eddie agreed to the terms as the Blue Devil was his idol, but soon found out Blue Devil was indirectly responsible for his aunt's death after the hero had made his own deal with Neron. His trust was broken in the hero. After a time-traveling incident, he met his future self, Red Devil, who admitted he lost his soul to Neron and while being the Demon Lord's slave was bad, the power he received far outweighed the consequences. Eddie hasn't told anybody this, passing on his powers as a metahuman genetic mutation. He has less than a year left before his soul would be forfeit to Neron.
Personality: Cocky and angry with an obvious sarcastic side. Because of his known fate, he is also known to get apathetic at times. He gets angered when things don't go the way they're supposed to. He is willing to follow orders, but only when he agrees. He laughs at his enemies and is prone to harsh language.
Powers:

• Demon Empowerment: His blood is a thick kerosene-like liquid, his breath is hotter than fire, he has a prehensile tail and an internal temperature of six hundred degrees.
• Fire Breathing: He can breathe fire.
• Superhuman Strength: Easily able to throw cars and left ten tons.
• Enhanced Agility and Endurance.
• Enhanced Healing: He can heal from non-fatal wounds ten times faster than a human.
• Burning Skin: His skin can cause burns (being at two hundred degrees) and he can increase it to the point of it turning white hot. His skin can melt metal when heated. While in his human illusion, he cools his skin down as far as he can, but it's still hot to notice.
• Retractable Wings: He has retractable wings under his arms.
• Infernal Teleportation: by focusing on where he wants to be, he can use his tail to open an infernal portal to teleport to the location.

Bio: Superboy is a clone grafted with Superman's DNA (as opposed to a younger version of Superman), who was introduced in 1993. He was created by Project Cadmus to replace Superman following the Death of Superman story, and was artificially aged to mid-teens and implanted with the necessary knowledge of someone his biological age (in regards to general studies, such as math, reading, etc). Before the experiment could be completed (i.e. aging him to full adulthood and implanting him with safeguards to control him), he was freed by Young Justice. And Superman took him in, and gave him his name (Kon-El), recognizing him as a family member of the Man of Steel himself. Has also taken in some training from his days with Knockout, therefore giving himself more control over his abilities.
Personality: Flashy and energetic. He is always positively positive. Mostly immature in his flashy ways, it isn't until something serious happens, that he'll act an appropriate adult-like age.
Powers: Tactile Telekinesis: At first, Superboy's only superpower was "tactile telekinesis", a telekinetic force field that surrounds his body as a protective shield and allows him to simulate Superman-level speed(Mach 3+), strength(500+ tons, flight(Mach 3+) and invulnerability. The tactile TK field also lets Superboy break free of an opponent's grip by pushing the field outward to force the opponent away. Other creative uses include rendering an opponent immobile by extending the TK field as long as they are both standing on the same ground.
Healing Factor: Superboy has a super-healing factor which allows him to recover from injury a lot faster than a normal human being would.
Superhuman Reflexes: Superboy's reflex action is also increased allowing him, with concentration, to knock bullets out of the air, and deflect arrows.

Other: If you stop his TK then he's just an average 16 year old male. If he uses his powers to the maximum to much, his body will start to feed on itself, bringing him to death or a near death state.

Bio: Once known as Red X, X was captured by Cadmus after attempting to steal something he knew would give him a great deal of profit. Interestingly enough, so was the Young Justice. With both captured X will be forced to work together with the Young Justice to escape.
Personality: X used to only look out for "number one" but has been trying to break this habit, he enjoys fighting as it amuses him, and has been known to be a bit greedy. He's far from serious but if things get rough he's willing to put aside his own interests to do what's right...for a time at least. He doesn't like to play hero but it doesn't mean he doesn't know how.
Powers: None of his own but is at top physical ability for a human and can easily hold his own against a superpowered opponent with his own fighting ability and acrobatics. His suit is what gives him abilities which are: teleportation, creating X-shaped shuriken, X-shaped blades can form on the back of his gloves(they can spin for a saw-like effect), X-shaped adhesion restraints(kinda like glue), X-shaped constricting restraints(basically a red X flies out and wraps itself around a target and can even hold someone back with superhuman strength), X-shaped explosives, Electricity X's(either by direct contact from hands or by shooting a projectile), and Splitting X's(they can momentarily or permanently split energy or physical objects by making an X-shaped hole, the size can vary).

Bio: Gifted with amazing earth-moving abilities, Terra made rocks fly, mountains crumble, and the ground tremble beneath her feet. At first, it seemed like this hip, funny, young hero might make a great addition to the team. Upon meeting Terra, the Titans quickly welcomed her into their ranks. But Terra had a secret. Unable to control her awesome powers, she felt betrayed when it appeared Beast Boy shared her secret with the team. Angry and alone, Terra sought out Slade, who helped her control her abilities. Terra returned to the Titans and joined the team - but was secretly working with Slade to destroy the Titans from within. Despite her mission, Terra began to doubt her loyalties; Just as romance with Beast Boy blossomed, Terra was exposed as a traitor. She worked with Slade to destroy the Titans and take over the city. Despite her victory, Terra still felt lost and alone. And by the time she decided to leave Slade, it was too late; Events were set in motion leaving the city in danger from an erupting volcano. Never losing faith in Terra, Beast Boy did finally see her realize the error of her ways - before she ultimately sacrificed herself to save the city. Now merged with the earth she once controlled, The Titans searched for a way to restore her. Mysteriously, Terra emerged from the stone prison. After some time, she regained her memory of who she was and where she belonged. She searched for the Teen Titans, but could not find them at Titan’s Tower. Aided by leads from civilians and occasional thugs she took down along the way, Terra found her way to the Titans. They, of course, were now member of the Young Justice; Terra herself was accepted to join and now fights alongside her friends once more.
Personality: Funny, timid, strong, brave, bull-headed, delicate, determined, etc.
Powers: Can control earth/rocks/ground
Equipment: She has pouches on her belt, but no one has seen what’s in them.
Other: She’s pretty awesome.

As a child, Garfield Logan contracted with a rare illness called Sakutia and was cured by a serum from a green monkey. This serum had the unintended effect of turning his skin and hair green and gave him the ability to change into any form. Whatever team he is part of, he likes to joke around with people and make jokes of the situations the team get themselves into. However, this is only a facade. In reality, Beast Boy is a boy who has suffered many hardships in his life. As a result of all of this, he uses his jokes to cover the fact that he is scared of losing anyone else he is close to. Despite all of his hardships though, Garfield is friendly and upbeat.

Powers: Beast Boy has the ability to morph into any animal that he has seen himself or has seen in an illustration (as is the case when he shape-shifts into an animal such as an extinct dinosaur). These transformations take only a second and Beast Boy has demonstrated that he is capable of rapidly changing his form with little or no effort expended. As a corollary to this power, he can transform back into his default form if an external force like magic transforms him into an animal.

Bio: Jack was adopted, not knowing anything about his true parents. His foster parents were high class and disproved of his laid back and clowny personality, wanting him to go into business instead of English, what he was actually interested in. He decided to appease them by applying into the Justice Academy, volunteering for experiment. However, they believed superheroics weren't "socially respectable." Jack decided to stay, though, thinking it'd be fun. He was injected with genetically-enhanced lizard DNA. Before he could show his parents his powers, he got a taste of the dark side of the hero world: his parents were killed in a bank robbery by Mr. Freeze. Jack went crazy with anger and, despite the Academy forbidding him to, sought to seek Mr. Freeze to justice. He used his powers while the Academy was discussing Mr. Freeze's crime with the League to eavesdrop and reached the villain before them. During the fight, Mr. Freeze froze his right arm. Freeze continued to torture the boy by freezing his arm more and more until the blood in his right arm was completely frozen. Freeze then cut off his arm, attempting to do it to every one of his limbs. However, Jack's right arm quickly regenerated, taking on a more scaley reptilian appearance(see the picture). With the element of surprise, Jack fought Mr. Freeze, only to be interrupted by the League who restrained him and captured Freeze. The Academy pushed back Jack's graduation another year as punishment. Tests showed that if a limb is caught off, it would grow back at least once in a more monster-like way, but Jack refuses to have his other limbs cut for this advantage, saying he looks enough like a monster.
Personality: The class clown. Greenscale enjoys a good laugh above all else. He has a slight problem with authority, but always follows orders unless his emotions get the best of him.
Powers: His right arm has super strength, enough to swing a normal-sized car. He has an elastic prehensile tongue (longer than his own body) with a sticky tip he can use to grab objects (or swing himself). He can crawl on walls and ceilings like a lizard. His body regenerates cut-off limbs with more reptilian limbs, but he has only one. His most unique ability is camouflage: He can blend in with his surroundings, rendering him invisible. He can use his camouflage ability to revert to his "human form."
Equipment: None.
Identity Known: Only the Academy knows.
Other: The Academy believes his camouflage could be able to eventually change his appearance completely and tried to enhance his powers to achieve this, but to no avail.

Costume: Ties her hair back in a pony tail, hair tie has sun patterns on it. Wears fingerless orange/yellow gloves that can withstand the heat of her power and reaches halfway to her elbow (The top part of the glove closest to her elbow has a black circle going around it), wears a sleeveless black shirt made out of a special material, orangish-red combat boots that reach up to her knees, and short black shorts also made out of a durable material with an orangish-redish-yellowish belt around it. None of it is too bright, it's more like a darker tone. Wears a redish-orange mask, and a orange-red-yellowish leather sash that goes around her left shoulder and attaches to her belt on her right side.

Bio: Amelia was one of those kids in the background, just carrying on a normal life; going to school, hanging out with a few friends, watched super heroes and heroines save the day, and doing what ever ten year old kids did. That was until her parents were killed in a car accident. Amelia instantly became an orphan, but she had one living relative to take her in... her uncle. At first, he was nice and caring to her, concerned with her school work, what she liked to do, and really helped her cope with her parents death. But when she was twelve years old, her uncle started to act distant and more secluded. Eventually, he pulled her out of school, and then the tables suddenly turned on Amelia. It turned out that her uncle was a scientist, and she was made into a science experiment. The experiment? To implant an artificial supernatural power within a human being. The element? Solar energy. As the experiments continued on Amelia, her body eventually changed the artificial element into the actual thing (along with a few other abilities as part of the "package"), and escaped the science lab. After that, she stayed in hiding in fear her uncle would come and find her. While in hiding she explored her new ability, finding what she could do and what she couldn't do. Eventually, she decided that it was time to stop hiding and it was time to step out and help people. After all, she was like the heroes and heroines she use to watch as a kid now. She stumbled across the Justice Academy, joined it, and here she is now. She never told anyone how she got her ability, or where she came from exactly. Amelia likes to keep certain things to herself because one, she doesn't like to bring it up. And two, because she wonders what would happen if everyone knew her past.

Personality: The fun, sarcastic type. Always adds in her little sayings here and there (even though half of them don't make sense), but she can be serious when the situation requires it. She always tries to have a smile on her face, and tries to cheer people up if they're feeling blue. But if she's barely introduced to someone, she won't warm up to them right away because of what happened in her past. Give her time, and she could be your best friend later on. Even though she has trust issues, that doesn't stop her from working with another hero to get the job done. She just won't open up to them.

Powers: Absorbs the sun's natural rays to use her powers. No, she can't melt whole buildings like the actual heat of the sun could do. It's more of a condensed heat, but it's still very hot. Since she's kind of new to her powers, this is all she has unlocked as of right now.

• She can make her hands glow like fire, and uses it for when she goes into hand to hand combat. If you get punched with her hands on fire, be prepared to get burned.

• Sun Spheres: She just brings her hands together, charges it, and uses that to fire shooting spheres of flames at an enemy. The longer it's charged, the bigger and deadlier it can get. The largest it can become is the size of a beach ball, but that takes about a minute and a half to get there so she rarely has time to get up to that stage.

• Sun blast: Shoots flames from her hands at the target. Only needs a single hand to do this, but it's not as strong as the sun spheres.

• Flight: This was part of her "package" from her uncle. She can fly, but she doesn't like to use this too often. She'd rather keep both of her feet on the ground.

• Sun Aura: Her whole body is set on fire. Sometimes just uses that for show, other times she waits until it comes in handy.

• (Kind of weakness, plus a strength though) If she's in a place without sun light or any artificial light, she can use the sun she absorbed earlier to last her a little over 24 hours. Leave her in the dark too long though, and she'll start to feel sick and drained. Keep her away from any light way passed her limit, she could be on the verge of dying. She can absorb artificial light, but her powers won't be as strong as they would be when she absorbs the sun light.

Equipment: Her mask has special sunglasses hidden behind it when she uses her powers. Even though the sun is literally apart of her, her eyes are a bit sensitive. Just one of the side effects. The shades just over the eye part of the mask, behind the mask.

This knocked him into a vat of nucleur waste while his cells were still vibrating and they became permanently fused with his DNA. This gave him his superpowers and plans to help out his new comrades and the Justice League to stop evil.

Personality: Drew is a very kind and caring young boy. He likes to help out his Superhero friends. He doesn't want to be really good friends with regular people because he's afraid that he will show them his secret identity.

James decided he wanted to do something better with his life and enrolled in the police academy. After graduating, he tried to stop another gangfight, only to be brutally beat outside of a costume store. He went into the store and picked a random costume with a shield. He followed the gangsters and successfully aprehended them. He decided to become a hero known as Guardian. After being hired by the Academy, he was given a bigger shield, in the shape of a police badge. The Academy also genetically increased his strength.
Personality: Guardian is the epitome of the "good guy." He is always serious and prefers to talk things out. However, he won't hesitate to fight. He is very by-the-book.

Bio: Cameron Mahkent is the son of the late Joar Mahkent, the original Icicle and Justice Society's nemesis. Joar Mahkent used a "cold gun" to freeze objects. Prolonged exposure to his own weapon altered his genetics, albeit without his knowledge. He passed this genetic mutation down to Cameron, who was born with white skin and hair. Joar, while never having been too much of a threat, somehow was able to track down the Society's members individually with information on their secret identities. He managed to kill a few of the members and put Hawkgirl in a coma. Hawkman, angered, hunted down and killed Joar, leaving Cameron without a father. The Justice Society then disbanded. Several years ago, Cameron's powers activated and he found himself with the ability to generate and control ice. However, this permanently froze his body. With the means to get revenge on superheroes for killing his father, he became a villain, taking his late father's name. Recently, he has been doing things out of the ordinary.
Personality: Icicle is semi-insane. He wants nothing more than revenge on all heroes and attention. Whenever he would do something villainous, not related to a particular hero, it was usually just for attention. He has an angry side, especially about his father.

I am, of course. I like the way everything is laid out and the different ranks and stuff. Question, though. I was wondering if you were also going to think of...superhero things for them to do? Like, you know...Save someone...or something. xD Typical superhero things, or what?​

 

Well, of course. There are heroes. There'll be certain situations though, like the entire team can't take care of something (Young Justice are sidekicks after all, why would they be all together? They're a covert team)
Each rank will also have their own HQ.
They''ll have to deal with small things (bank robberies, fires, superhero stuff) and then the important things, of course.

As a child, Garfield Logan contracted with a rare illness called Sakutia and was cured by a serum from a green monkey. This serum had the unintended effect of turning his skin and hair green and gave him the ability to change into any form. Whatever team he is part of, he likes to joke around with people and make jokes of the situations the team get themselves into. However, this is only a facade. In reality, Beast Boy is a boy who has suffered many hardships in his life. As a result of all of this, he uses his jokes to cover the fact that he is scared of losing anyone else he is close to. Despite all of his hardships though, Garfield is friendly and upbeat.

Powers: Beast Boy has the ability to morph into any animal that he has seen himself or has seen in an illustration (as is the case when he shape-shifts into an animal such as an extinct dinosaur). These transformations take only a second and Beast Boy has demonstrated that he is capable of rapidly changing his form with little or no effort expended. Bio: Superboy is a clone grafted with Superman's DNA (as opposed to a younger version of Superman), who was introduced in 1993. He was created by Project Cadmus to replace Superman following the Death of Superman story, and was artificially aged to mid-teens and implanted with the necessary knowledge of someone his biological age (in regards to general studies, such as math, reading, etc). Before the experiment could be completed (i.e. aging him to full adulthood and implanting him with safeguards to control him), he was freed by Young Justice. And Superman took him in, and gave him his name (Kon-El), recognizing him as a family member of the Man of Steel himself. Has also taken in some training from his days with Knockout, therefore giving himself more control over his abilities.
Personality: Flashy and energetic. He is always positively positive. Mostly immature in his flashy ways, it isn't until something serious happens, that he'll act an appropriate adult-like age.
Powers: Tactile Telekinesis: At first, Superboy's only superpower was "tactile telekinesis", a telekinetic force field that surrounds his body as a protective shield and allows him to simulate Superman-level speed(Mach 3+), strength(500+ tons, flight(Mach 3+) and invulnerability. The tactile TK field also lets Superboy break free of an opponent's grip by pushing the field outward to force the opponent away. Other creative uses include rendering an opponent immobile by extending the TK field as long as they are both standing on the same ground.
Healing Factor: Superboy has a super-healing factor which allows him to recover from injury a lot faster than a normal human being would.
Superhuman Reflexes: Superboy's reflex action is also increased allowing him, with concentration, to knock bullets out of the air, and deflect arrows.

Equipment: A red visor that was destroyed by himself.
Other: If you stop his TK then he's just an average 16 year old male. If he uses his powers to the maximum to much, his body will start to feed on itself, bringing him to death or a near death state.
