Yeah...some of them are my brothers, too. We have two Leafgreens because he lost his and couldn't find it for months. He bought another and then right when we got home my dad was holding the old leafgreen and said, "Is this either of yours?" Lol, my brotehr was so pissed that he had to pay that unneeded money.

Pokemon Battle Revolution....i've never even opened it yet...

Just saw the information about a possible ds update to gold and silver, and i have to say, i'm excited. i loved the enormity of those games, especially in crystal here you could fight 16 gyms.

Same here. The first episode I saw was the one where Ash brought Haunter to Sabrina.

 

Damn straight.

 

I tried buying a used leaf green in the hopes of reaping some poor sap's saved file and cache of pokemon Via importing them to pal park.

No luck.

Looks like I have to do it the old fashioned way and play Fire red all the way through to get the three legendary birds and Mewtwo.

 

I bought a used Crystal last year, it was a little glitched I think, so I started over. Still can't get past the elte four.

 

I beat the elite four in Diamond Recently. It was easier than I thought. I got a little stonewalled when I fought Lucian, but I managed to beat him.

Cynthia seemed to fight in some sort of pattern though. I lucked out and had pokemon on my team that could take her. Once I got past her spiritomb though, I had a relatively easy time. She took my infernape all the way down to a single HP with her Roserade before I finally managed to take it down.

 

I had trouble with them as well in my Pearl. But once you see on of every Sinnoh pokemon, you'll be able to get the other legendaries.

BTW, I just caught a shiny Makuhita in the grassy area next to the Survival area.

 

I caught a Shiny Golbat. The only one I've seen so far outside of an in-story capture.

 

Yeah, I was kinda surprised. I was leveling up the Pikachu I got from my Battle Revolution when it happened. I almost fainted it! But I managed to catch it.

 

You can import pokemon from Battle revolution? I didn't know that. I was hoping it was a way to transfer pokemon from diamond to Platinum when it comes out.

 

Yup, once you beat all the colliseums once, you can transfer a Pikachu with Surf and Volt tackle to your DS game through mystery gift. You can also transfer a Electivire and Magmortar. Look here for more info on the Electivire and Magmortar.

If you have a second DS, I'm sure you could trade between Diamond/Pearl and Platinum.

I actually already looked into it between posts. I'd like to get Electivire, but I'm not going to buy a game for it.
