It's actually not that bad of a game imo. But if you have Fire red, you can insert it and go to the place with the windmills and try and catch an Elekid with an Electrizer and then evolve it. That's the only other way to get one.

I love using that surfing pikachu~ The game was too easy for me though it does provide some amusement for whenever my friend comes over. I hope my sister gets a DS soon though, I'm gonna need to trade between Diamond and Platinum when it comes out.

I plan on asking some forum friends to hold onto some of mine. A few of them owe me some favors for getting them specific pokemon.

And I can't believe I'm doing this, but I just spent my last thousand wii points to get Pokemon Ranch. If it gets me a Mew, I don't care.

Quick Question: Do you get Mew after a maximum of 999 pokemon is in the ranch, or when the number of pokemon that have gone in it reaches 999, regardless of how many there are currently?

Mew - Level up your Ranch to 25. (Import 999 Pokemon)

That sounds like it'll take some time lol.

Well luckily Hayley's pokemon counts till around lvl 20, then after that you can just pretty much make eggs (since they count as pokemon lol) and catch pokemon at the same time to speed up the road to 999.

Yeah, and if you bring in a pokemon that's on her wanted list, she brings in one of 22 for trading.

I'll have mew in no time.

Just out of curiosity: are there any competitive battlers here on this forum? Competitive as in, people who actually care about IVs, EVs, natures and all that and play either on simulators (Netbattle, Shoddy) or on Wi-fi.

And either way, I'd like to know if anyone here has Bold or Calm natured Suicune (that is under level 100 so that it's possible to EV train it) from Pokémon Colosseum (since the legendary beasts in FR/LG always seem to have horrible IVs) they'd be willing to trade?

am I the only one that wasnt a fan of the GSC series? =/ I mean a remake would be awesomesauce and everything, but I dont think it was "the best" series, I enjoyed RSE alot more..personally.

I'm a fan of the second generation because it had some of my favorite pokemon, like Lugia. Plus, I never got around to doing the kanto battles last time, so I'd like to go back and do that in the remake.

I liked the second generation the best cause you could go back to Kanto and get the other badges.

I wish they did that with every generation.

Giratina is one of my favs~ Although it was the hardest pokemon for me to ever catch since I only use pokeballs in all the games.

Generally just do the same thing as the other legendaries. Use a status effecting move, reduce hp as low as possible, and hope that he stays in the ball. Although many people have said he's hard to catch either way since his moves are killer and he's quite resilient. So hope for the best lol.
