It won't be hard to win the calmness battle if we have more stunts like what RvR did.

I'm fine with that, but I expect this compromise is going to end more of a demand, and that the first time someone slips up we will be back where we started and they will pull the whole compromise back. As is, we are being expected to behave 'better' by their standards, but if we slip up, the expectation on their end is minimal. It amounted to "We won't punish you if you won't do anything worth punishing," which isn't much progress even in writing. All that has changed is the level of tension.

We'll see what happens and if they do anything to compromise their own enforcement.
