Not at all. Especially the newer recruits. It will either make or break them as staff if anyone gets banned this week.

The staff literally don't need to explain themselves because they can just do what they want with no repercussions. Eventually they will take advantage of that immunity and not listen to concerns. Everyone at a higher level in a hierarchy has this tendency.
