I've tried to make it so the list has an even balance with all 3 Animes and is still a fair game.

I later realized that a Bakura Deck wouldn't be the same without Change of Heart for example so that was why I Limited it instead of banning it.

Konami doesn't think they're powerful enough to be Limited or Semi-Limited.

Being cheap is when you put your opponent in a pin and block their field or whatever and take away every opportunity and chance they possibly had of winning and then do an ironically high amount of damage to their ironically low Life Points.

Fearless is only a beginner. I needed to give her a sporting chance.
