In people? I usually look at personality before looks in most cases, I'm not to judgemental.
I find it annoying when i get loaded with peoples problems and they expect me to help but they don't care at all about my own.
Social life, hmm well i have some good friends that i meet up with but at the moment i am on the internet a lot talking to my lovely brony brother.
Best friend would probably be joint between Kelly, Shaina or Joel since i have known them since very small and Joel since birth.
