The thing that bothers me the most about Kingdom Hearts II is the lack of intensity. Sora was just so passive about everything, and not even in a cool way; in a too-stupid-to-care way. Probably the best scene was either the fight with Roxas, or Axel's death. Still, both could have been much better.

In KH1, I would be so enthralled in the story that I would want to keep going. Even though KH2 had a decent story, they didn't convey it in an interesting way.

And the battles were way too easy. I feel like a damn god, but not in a satisfying way like some video games. There's definitely less of a connection between Sora's moves and the player's controls. In KH2, you just press buttons and stuff happens, but in KH1, I felt much more in control. There was such a good connection in KH1 that I would actually be a little bit nervous with anticipation before a battle, but KH2 was like "okay, here we go again."

I would definitely be in favor of a Kingdom Hearts II remake, because it really could have been so much better than it was.

AntiWeapon came up with this awesome idea to cut down on spam threads. As many of you (hopefully) know by now, the Code Vault only allows one (or sometimes more, for different regions) topic for each game. Here is a list of the existing code threads, which will make it easier for you to find the game you are looking for.

You may create a new thread if, and only if it is not already listed here. However, at this point, these rules don't apply because this list is not yet complete. For now, you still must use the search function before creating a new thread.

When you said this, I thought you were just being immature, but after watching the video, I know what you mean XD Still, you can't condemn a mother for loving their child, even if they are a walking greek tragedy.

I'm actually doubting the validity of the show. I mean, how can anyone be that much of a trainwreck? God, I hate this world sometimes.

Capitalism is a brilliant idea; it allows people to compete with each other, resulting in technological (among other kinds of) advancements, and it complements human nature.

However, the way things are, the majority of people are working almost non-stop. This would be fine if they did this by choice in exchange for earning a lot of money, but society treats constant work as "the standard", and necesary for staying afloat. This seems normal for us, but the question I'm posing is, "why does it have to be considered normal?" Yes, it is in human nature to compete with one another, but what's the point if everyone is miserable while doing so? I feel that even though Capitalism is a good system, it needs some work.

I think that implementing some aspects of Communism may not be a bad idea. A lot of people automatically think "EVIL!" when they hear the word "Communism", but when you think about it, it's a good plan in theory. Yes, it's extremely flawed because the leader can easily abuse their power. However, Capitalism is almost as flawed. Some people are born extremely whealthy, and end up barely working at all, while recieving a lot of respect. Concurrently, others are born into poverty, and have to work their asses off just to survive, while being percieved as "lazy" because of their financial status. So, if you're a "Capitalism Thumper" (XD), try to be a bit open to new ideas.

My idea (I realize that there are plenty of problems with it, but it is just a rough sketch) is that people recieve a set amount of money each week which would be enough to keep them alive (but no where near happy). In addition to this money, people have the chance to persue whatever they want as a career. However, to compensate for the fixed amount all people are given, the taxes on pay checks would have to be higher. There should also be a maximum amount of money a person can earn, so that people don't end up with an excessive amount of money (I'm not sure what would be realistic, but probably a limit of $5 million dollars a year).

Do you agree that something needs to be done? Do you agree with/disagree with/have something to add to my idea? Do you have an idea of your own?

This was a pretty crappy translation, but you make it sound like this happens all the time.

Regardless, it's interesting to hear Nomura comment on the new developments. Let's hope we can get our hands on the trailers :3

    Thanks, Xaldin!

I was never in favor of th McCain/Palin ticket, but now I'm absolutely disgusted with them, Palin in particular. Ever since they started slipping behind in the poles, they've been deeply suggesting that Obama is a terrorist. Palin has been getting people blatently afraid of the idea of Obama as president. If you've watched any of these clips, you'll hear people shouting things like "terrorist", "traitor", and one person actually shouted "kill him." Nothing good ever comes out of making people this angry.

I'm actually starting to feel sorry for McCain, because he's realizing that it's gotten out of hand. In this video, I am proud of him for what he says:

However, he did slip up by making it sound like Arabs are not "decent people."

Yes, it is true that only a few wackos would do this. However, wackos are often the dangerous ones who end up commiting crimes, and go out of their way to do so. I'm not extremely worried, but I am concerned.

What pisses me off the most is that exceptional people (like Martin Luther King and Ghandi, as you mentioned) are always the ones that are killed for no reason. I guess it's to be expected, since they put themselves out there and delt with controversial issues, but it still makes me disgusted with people. Even if there are only a few people who do things like that, they definitely make an impact on history for the worse.
