11:55 PM - Acquire craving for brownies.
Midnight - Commence baking
1:00 AM - Realize that doubling the batch was a terrible idea.
1:30 AM - Brownies are in the oven. Leftover batter is being licked from the bowl.
1:40 AM - Brownies are nearing completion. Cleanup is done.
1:45 AM - Writing a post about my late night/early morning adventures to KHV.
