so the game is going to come out this year am so glad but it is going to be hard to get seeing as it is during the holiday season
I'll have to admit, I want the game too. With all the new characters they are adding, plus characters from complete other francises (MGS), at this rate, Super Smash Brothers series will become a very fancy and shiny version of M.U.G.E.N.
From what I have see the only confirmed new characters are Pit,Wario,Meta knight.Zero suit Samus. All the othere we have heard of are returning characters. Lame trailer knew about all that a long time ago not very impressive.
Just in case you don't know, that's future tense.........I mean that eventully after maybe 5-8 to even 20 games from now, it would have added so many characters to rival M.U.G.E.N. I am just saying its a possiblity.......
Metal Gear Solid's touched Nintendo before, so it's no real major surprise Snake was added, it is a surprise, but not a "HES NEVER TOUCHED NINTENDO" surprise, sorta the same with Marth and Roy, completly different company who just happened to touch Nintendo, though they've been on Nintendo longer.
There are more new confirmed characters if you check the daily updates on the smash bros site. Won't spoil the fun, though. And thank god for an official release date. I had no doubt they would release it in 2007, just for goodness sakes give me a date--which they did. Now I shall visit my local EB to preorder said game.
I actually got the game from when Snake touched it. So I can't wait to play as him. This whole game will be interesting.
