Winter

Frosted panes of memorys glass

Snowy white agony on the green grass

Icy slush of years ago

the heart ache all began with a single flake of snow

cold winter breeze of love doomed to die

a love to be lost

for which even snow angels cry

painfully stricken with the cold of hate

a death born of love

a life born erate

Lust to be frostbitten by

the icy fangs of death

the painful sound of heaving...

weight on my chest



Humanity

Faltering waves of passion

stumbling roots of rejection

faceless humility

love in its infancy

risisng falls of the human tapestry

hate born of sorrow

sorrow born of delicate intricacy

tumbling rocks of expectancy

dropping into the well of misery

The attractive face of death

the homely face of life

the painful sound of jealousy...

aforesaid the rhythmic beat of humanity

 

i really liked them. your rhymes were really well written and chosen. i write poems and raps and i posted some of them in roxas' writer's workshop. anyways i really liked this. keep writing!

 

i wasnt sure if this is where this went or not i figured it was i almost put it in spam iv got a book full of poems i wrote these like one yr ago

 

yeah it's fine. roxas' writer's workshop is really just for people who want to get some corrective criticism. i've posted some of my stuff in the creativity corner but not in writer's workshop.

 

ooooh well im afraid of roxas his criticism migh scare me lol
