    been waking up at 7:00AM too.It's my exams coming up.I think your just worried about
    something consiously or subconiously kitty.Figure out what it is sort it out and your sleep
    patterns will go back to normal.

    Well, since i didn't get my daily 9 hours sleep. I think i was afraid that i wouldn't get enough sleep. So, for the past 2 nights. I've had 10 hours out of 18. NOT COOL!

    I slept for 15 hours last night

    After not sleeping like at all on Saturday night.

    Also going to bed at like one every night all week and getting up at half seven x]

    I'm even tireder now lol
