Do you Know the Game Metal Gear Solid.
Could you imagine really that there could be some
Organisation that controls the major leaders of
the world.The worlds history would be different.
What do you think would Change in the world?
What if they dissappeared all of a sudden and the
world had to work on it's own after being so dependent
on them?

I think he's more asking if there was a shadow organization ( such as the Patriots) that was essentially controlling the Governments of the world. If the shadow organization was gone, would the Governments be able to function on their own?

The idea is presented in Metal Gear Solid that the Patriots control the Government of the US Government, among others. So during the course of the games, the story of them is fleshed out to Snake and the players of the game (since Kojima likes breaking the 4th wall).

This idea sounds like the New American Century project. Essentially, the US Government is controlled by major corporations that profit from war. In which Bush, or whoever is the president, is merely a figurehead to take the blame. This is more illustrated in what we have seen more in MGS4 trailers with war not being the same and every soldier having a number. It was largely hinted at MGS2 with Snake's comment about 'grunts of the digital age'.

So it's not a discussion about the game itself. But more a what if situation he's trying to get across.

 

There is (supposedly) such an organisation. It is called the Illuminati which translates as the Illuminated Ones. Their logo/symbol is the pyramid with the eye (i.e. the one seen on American currency) and Tony Blair and Bush were said to be members. They have subtle control over the world, gently guiding the world keeping it stable and developing. They also make sure that when they move to take control it will happen as smoothly and quickly as possible. Basically they are preparing the world for their eventual domination.

 

I think a saw a documentary on that.
I didn't watch whole thing, but I do remember that sign. Wasn't there a movie about the pryamid with the eye?

Another game which concentrates speciafically on the Illuminati is Deus Ex, and the sequel Deus Ex: Invisible War. They have background world domination through ghost politics and manipulation.

 

It isn't about the game as such but what would happen in history if an organisation did control the world leaders.Would WWI have started?and if it didn't what way it would effect the world today.

 

Its true.
In civillisation, someone controls the people, a leader, the same goes for the leader, a party of people, rich and powerful people, send a messenger to the leader bribing, blackmailing or threatening them to enforce what they want.

Its not as crazy as everyone thinks it is, its logical and understandable.

I Think that it could be true.No matter how big you are there is always someone bigger.I Also think that they mightn't be real because the World War's mightn't
have happened if there were an Organisation like the Patriots.

I've just looked into something about a group called the ILLUMMINATI.It's an organisation said to have orginated from Jesus' time and are said to be the ones that are behind the Conspiracies.They are said to be pulling the strings on leaders in the world by using big companies that they own to control the Government.These guys seem just like the Patroits but they probably don't control the leaders directly but influence them with there positions of Power.

I already mentioned the Illuminati. They don't just influence the leaders, the leaders are members of the organisation. They control the world, keeping commerce flowing, economies thriving. They mold the world into what they want and when they and the world are ready they are to come out of the shadows and rule directly.
