A Dreams Nightmare

She followed him, looking back once nervously. He wouldnt fin her, Sai would help her. He said he would protect her. She smiled, then followed him.

 

"and the big finale." Phenox muttered as he did a back flip so large he touched the ceiling. the song ended as he hit the ground. the crowd was cheering. Phenox walked up to Demyx. "sorry about that. i just have a strong competitive spirit."

 

Marluxia smiled as he walked up to phenox while clapping, "Very Well Done Phenox"he said with a nod.

The town up ahead is my hometown...they have barriers...they would help me...Right?...they did let me get captured for research and was made a genuine pigSai thought to himself as he clenched his jaw a bit.

 

Phenox smiled. "thanks."

 

Eva looked up at him, her eyes unreadable. "Are you alright?" she asked, taking his hand. She did want to give him comfort, but did he want it?

 

Looking over at eva he smiled, "Yes Im just remembering something is all...nothing to worry about"He said.

"No worries Phenox you got this one in the hat"Marluxia said with a smile.

 

Phenox laughed. "Demyx was pretty good."

 

She hesitated, then nodded, still holding his hand. "Memories make us who we are." she smiled slightly. "So don't lose them."

 

Nodding his head as he continued walking,"at least we have some things in common"He said with a small chuckle, "we were both genuine Pigs for someone's own enjoyment"He added.

"Yes but you were better"Marluxia said with a smile.

 

"really?" Phenox smiled

 

She bit her lip, lowering her eyes. "I'm sorry." she whispered, rubbing the scars left on her arm. There was nothing else to say, really.

 

"Not bad? You were supposed to be blown away by that performance was and you just say not bad?" He scoffed not believing what he was hearing. "I put my soul into that and you just think it's average. I did a lot better then any of you could ever do. I won this and you know it.You know what. I'm just going back to the hotel. You'll know where to find me." He disappeard in front of everyone who then screamed since they thought he was a ghost. Demyx's pride had been hurt and wasn't the answer he was expecting to hear from her.

 

Looking at her with a smile,"You don't need to apologize for it really...though you might want to put this on"He said giving her his cloak.
"This is my home town Eva"He said as he looked at the front gate.

"Yes im sure... Demyx is good i'll admit that but you had the moves"He said with a chuckle.

"DEMYX WAIT...It wasn't what I meant to say"Larxene said but said the last part as he disappeared.Looking where he was and saw the hurt in his eyes, feel to her knees and tears actually started to form.

 

"i think i should go apologize..." Phenox said.

 

She wrapped the cloak around her, then looked at the gates, her eyes calculating. "This is going to be an interesting experience." she suddenly grinned, then took his hand again. "Let's get this over with."

 

Sai let his hair down he looks over at eva holding out his hand, "are you ready Eva?"He asked with a smile.

"His pride and/or ego has been hit...its something we all have to go through"Marluxia said with a sigh as he looked down towards Larxene.

 

Phenox shook his head. "think he'll be alright?"

 

Eva took his hand in her small one, then sighed. "I'm so tiny." she commented, then grinned, looking from him to the gate. "I just can't win. Let's go."

 

Looking from larxene to phenox he nodded, "he'll be fine...she will talk to him...its not your fault don't think that"Marluxia said with a smile.

"Your not small your just adorable"Sai said as he knocked on the gate.

He stormed into the room and plopped down on the sofa, turning on the tv with the remote and was catching his breath. Honestly, he did his best and pulled off moves no one else could ever dream of and she clearly was not impressed like the crowd was. Glancing at the tv, he turned on spike tv and watched the show 1,000 ways to die.
