Don't you just hate it when that ball falls down in the middle of a good combo? Well here's a solution get that score way up into 10,000s.
First, set your shortcut menu so it has thunder in it. Then equip Berserk Charge as an ability. When you go to the minigame, first use thunder until your magic runs out. Then keep attacking the ball while your MP charges. When it finishes, drop to the ground and repeat the process.

Good idea! You can also try to win the Godess of Fate cup in the Underworld and use the Fatal Crest Keyblade. It'll alow you to create unlimited combos :)

Using the star seeker is also good because it gives you an air combo plus, which were always helpful if I equipped the ones I had too.

._. You can also just keep hitting the ball into the wall. That way, you can just stop when you get bored as you'll never drop the ball otherwise.

I never thought it mattered what keyblade you used because it's just a ball. Haha, I use Fenrir and got 900 something. But then I started to get broed and slipped. (:

Another easy way is Berserk Charge and Trinity limit, it makes it go way faster, it's really fun seeing Sora go berserk on the Grandstander ball till you get bored of it or get the max number of combos.

    I know's there is a other trick.
Equip AS (Areial Sweep) and attack the ball. Wait for it to come down and attack agian. It's slow, but it got me the score.

    Enjoy! ^^

Good idea! I tried this and it worked! I used Oathkeeper keyblade. I dunno why, I just liked the pleasant "clink" noise while I was doing it. It prevented me from getting bored as fast.

i think the best way to "grandstand" is locking on the ball and when it is in a good position jump then do a combo, praticing will help

I hate Grandstander. I suck at it and I'm so ashamed of that. But thanks for the tip. I usually just try and hit it when it's close to the ground.

I usually just jump -> attack -> jump -> attack. It's the easiest way for me to keep a combo going for a moderate amount of time, but I usually get distracted midway through it.

The Jump -> attack method is good when you're playing Roxas and you just feel like being awesome. When you're Sora, I just recommend using Fenrir and using all the combo plus' you have, well that's what I do.
