A King's Story 3: Dark Secrets

Opal grinned, glad that Abee seemed to be back to his old self. She quickly dived under the water, she still got hit by the wave but not as bad. She surfaced at the other side of Abee, laughing and caused another wave to crash back at him. "Is that the best you can do?"

 

Cid went red, looking down.
Alphonse leant over to Kami. "Its a kiddie thing. Its like when children say they love you but not in a proper way." He whispered in her ear.

"Nope!" Abee jumped from the water, doing a flip over Opal and making a massive wave crash on her.

Akuji smiled at Lawliet. "Akuji love Lawliet. Akuji no hurt him or his crayons."
Near struggled around and ended up being held upside-down.
Akuji smiled, holding him upright again.
Near looked up at her and put a hand across her face.
Akuji blinked then screamed, dropping Near. Recoiling, she curled up in a ball on the other side of the room.
Kazune ran over to Akuji. "Akuji? Akuji, are you okay?"
Matt went over and picked up Near who was crying. Burn marks were across Near's body. "Near's been burned!"
Akuji looked up at Kazune. A burn mark in the shape of Near's hand was across her face.

 

"Ok now thats just plain violent!" She frowned.

 

Kazune picked up Akuji. "Akuji, did you mean to hurt Near?"
Akuji shook her head. "I only picked him up..."
"Then how was he burned? How was you burned?" Kazune asked.
"I don't know...." Akuji went quiet.
Matt bounced Near slightly.
Near calmed down as his burns started to disappear.
"I see the problem. Akuji is natural of darkness whereas Near is natural of light. Light and Dark don't mix and when they get too close, they both burn. It's neither of their fault." Kazune said, looking at Xyam.
"She still burned Near!" Mello shouted.

 

OOC: ever since yesterday the word 'Pancake' has been coming up very often...

BIC:

"And Near burnt her, I think they should just stay away from eachother..."

 

Kazune nodded. "Come on Akuji, let me sort out a room for you." He said, walking out.
Mello glared at Akuji. "Bully. I HATE bullies. Especially ones that bully Near."

 

"mmm"

"Just so long as the crayons are safe"

 

"Is all you care about? Your crayons?" Mello asked.
"Probably." Matt said, still holding Near.
Near's burns disappeared. Resting his head against Matt, he watched Lawliet.

 

"What's wrong with liking crayons?" he asked, huggling the pot.

 

"Its a bit odd." Mello said.
Near started laughing slightly.
Mello looked at him, raising an eyebrow.
"We're all odd." Near said, smiling.
Matt blinked. "That was his first sentence!"

 

Lawliet dropped his crayons and crawled over to them. "Really?!"

 

Matt nodded, looking at Near.
Near smiled at Lawliet. "Akuji is bad."

 

Lawliet shook his head. "No she isn't, she didn't mean to hurt you"

 

"Yes she is." Near insisted. "Listen to me. Akuji is bad. She's very bad."

 

"Nuuuuuuu......" he said quietly.

 

Mello blinked. "Why is that bad? She's horrid to Near. Why, do you like her or something?"

 

"NUUUUU..." he whined.

 

Mello raised an eyebrow, looking at Near.
"Try to understand." Near said, looking at Lawliet.

 

Lawliet glared at him before finally nodding.

 

"And be careful." Near said before getting quiet.
Matt watched Near. "Akuji does seem odd."
