A King's Story 3: Dark Secrets

"Its true. Alphonse here is actually 8 years old. His body is 17 though." Cid told Nel.
"I was kidnapped as a newborn baby and aged up using one of Cid's machines. He made me 12 years old and I never aged after that. I had no emotions too. But I hung around with Kami and she liked me never the less." Alphonse smiled at Nel before putting a hand on his chest. Pulling it away, small red crystals fell into his hand and Alphonse looked down.
"Just watch Nel." Cid said, taking the crystals from Alphonse.
Alphonse looked up at Nel again, his eyes blank and emotionless. "I am emotionless. This is how I was in the first 3 years of my life. After that, I started to regain my emotions with Kami's help." His voice was blank and emotionless too.

OOC: .... I see the insult Biitch towards females so I thought that you thought that the shadow is female.

BIC:

Hikaru's eyes widened and he ran over to Near's crib, searching it. "Near?! NEAR!" Suddenly he grabbed something soft. Blinking, Hikaru pulled it out to reveal a small teddy. "Near's teddy...." He burst out crying.
Kaoru put his arm around Hikaru then went over to Matt, holding him.

 

Nel looked at Alphonse before turning to Cid. "So I would lose all my emotions if you were to do this?"

 

Cid shook his head. "No. I did that to him too. You won't lose your emotions."

 

"Then I want to do this." Nel waited for a reply.

 

"No. I'd rather change MYSELF to a 5 year old then you turn old." Cid crossed his arms.

"Its not a silly thought." abee said, frowning.

 

Opal looked at him intrigued, "Well, what do you make of it then?" She messed with her hair absently.

 

"But Nel want to grow up! Nel wanna be wit Ciddy-Cider!" Nel argued.

 

OOC: does it really matter what gender the shadow is?


BIC:

Xyam woke up slightly. "Do you hear something?...sounds like shouting and crying"

 

"I dunno...." Abee said, watching the stars come out as the sun went down.

"Cid. Why don't you change yourself to a 5 year old." Alphonse said.
Cid looked up at Alphonse then looked over at Nel. ".....Okay then... Kotarou, do you still have my study in place?"
"Yeah, why?" Kotarou asked.
Cid grinned and stood up, picking Nel up. "I'm gonna be 5 in around an hour." He spun on his heel, running off.

Kazune sat up, listening. "Yeah..." He jumped out of bed, getting dressed and running down the hallway. Stopping by the boy's room, he looked at Hikaru. "Whats wrong?!"
Hikaru looked up at him crying and held up Near's teddy.
Kazune's eyes widened before running away, over to Lawliet's room. "Lawliet!"

 

Opal followed Abee's gave up into the sky, her eyes going between before coming to rest on the moon. She smiled deamily as she stared at in. "You know, I've always been fasinated with the moon. I dunno why, there's just something about it that mystifies me"

 

"Its because the moon controls the water in the world. People from the water kingdom draw power from it." Abee said, smiling.

 

"Yeah, I guess so. I'm still drawn to it though, perhaps more so now. It makes me feel strong and more confident about myself. It may be that it does the same to everyone in our kingdom but still" Opal smiled, gazing at the moon.

 

Nel looked at Cid as he ran. "Is Ciddy-Cider sewious? Ciddy-Cider dun have to be 5. Nel can be older!"

 

"Awh but being older is BORING." Cid said, entering his study.

 

Xyam put on a dressing gown and went over to where all the noise was coming from. She walkied into the boy's room and saw the twins crying.

Lawliet wasn't in his room.

BIC:

Kaoru stood up, holding onto Matt tightly. Looking over at Xyam, he bit his lip.
"Where's Mello and Near gone Daddy...?" Matt said, completely dazed.
"They've gone on holiday Matt. You couldn't go because you was asleep." Kaoru muttered.

Kazune burst into Lawliet's room. Searching the bed covers, his eyes widened before running out again. "LAWLIET!" He shouted, looking for him.

 

Lawliet padded down the corridor with a cup of water. "Daddy?"

Xyam sat down in a nearby chair, her eyes filling up with tears.

 

Kazune instantly smiled, seeing Lawliet. "Lawliet!" He ran over to him, scooping him up and hugging him tight. "Lawliet, Lawliet, Lawliet, my little L..." He started to snuggle him.

Matt looked over at Xyam, dazed. "Has Lawliet gone on holiday? I'll be very lonely without him..."
Kaoru's eyes widened, looking up at Xyam.

 

"Owie, you spilt the drink" He said looking down at his wet front.

"I...I don't know" she stuttered.

 

"Don't worry, you can use one of my shirts as PJs. Just..... thank god you're safe...." Kazune loosened his grip slightly before walking back to the boy's room. "Xyam, Lawliet's safe..." He said, smiling at Xyam but still crying.
Matt looked up at Lawliet, smiling slightly. "There you are Lawliet. You're late to play games with me. Naughty~..." He laughed slightly. "Mello and Near are on holiday. Good thing you aren't...."
"Matt, you should sleep." Kaoru said, running fingers through Matt's hair.
Hikaru sat in a corner of the room, curled up in a ball and clutching Near's teddy.
