A King's Story 4: Fading Light

Nel smiled and paid close attention.

Kami looked to him. "Are you okay, Sky?"

"Okay, in that case, I'll take them." Amai took the tray and walked over to the display window, organizing a few of the cinnnamon buns.

 

Cid smiled back at her. "Do you think you can do a question now?" He asked.

"Anger came out fro my body!" Sky wailed, pointing at him.
"So what?"
"Yeah, 'so what?'."
Anger blinked, looking up behind him to see Alphonse's Anger.

Rhyme let her take the buns from her.

 

Nel nodded. "Let's give it a go!"

"Not again." Kami sighed. She didn't like their hate. But she was a bit relieved that Alphonse's lust didn't come out.

Amai finished her display. She looked up, noticing Near. Not another guy.

 

Cid put down his book in front of Nel. "Try to do the first question without me."

Hate grabbed Anger, holding him up. "Listen here. Alphonse promised me something good if I got you to go back into Sky's body, RIGHT NOW." He glared at him.
Anger instantly flew back into Sky's body, quiet scared.
Hate grinned. "All in a day's work."
Alphonse sighed, bringing Hate back into his body. "Fight a small flame with an inferno."

Near looked up at her, still slightly pink. He kept a small poker face on before looking over at Rhyme again. The same effect. D'arvit.... He hid his face.
Rhyme watched Near, slightly confused.
Near could feel Rhyme watching him. He could also feel his blood level tripling by the minute.

 

Nel smiled and got right to work on solving the problem on her won.

Kami stood up, holding a weak Raikou. "Well she seems to be really out of it. I better put her to bed." She walked into the room and laid her down.
Senkou walked out.

Amai turned to Rhyme. She smiled slightly, trying her best to hide it. Does he like her?

 

Cid stood there, watching her and smiling. She was getting most of it right.

Alphonse picked Senkou up before he could leave. "How's my little kid doing?" He asked, smiling at him.
Sky watched Kami.

Rhyme blinked, noticing Amai. Looking down, she left the room and headed outside.
"I..... I better get going back to the castle." Near said, standing up and leaving. Turning a corner, he slumped against the wall. What the..... Why's my blood levels rising just by looking at her?

 

Nel soon finished and took a sigh of relief. "That was a bit of a toughy."

"I am well, Father." Senkou looked to the floor.
Kami exited the room and shut the door.

Cid picked up her book and looke at it, reading through the answers. "..... 2 out of 3. Your working out was correct but you went wrong somewhere and got the answer wrong." He smiled, putting the book down. "Still pretty good for your first try."

"Jeez. Enough with calling me 'Father'. Call me 'Dad' or 'Daddy'." Alphonse sighed.

Nel was happy. "You're the best teacher ever!" She got up from her chair and kissed him.

Senkou blinked. "I am afraid such a request is impossible for me, Father."

 

Cid's eyes widened at the kiss before shutting them and kissing back.

"Why not?" Alphonse asked.

 

Nel kept hold of the kiss and wrapped her arms aroun his neck. It was a bit difficult for her since he was quite taller than her but she managed.

"It is not proper. If anything, I should be calling you King Alphonse." Senkou replied.

OOC: By the way, what's their Kingdom called? ::L:

 

Cid pulled away, laughing slightly. "You still need to grow quiet a bit. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll reach the same height as you was before."

Alphonse blinked. "But you're only a child, Sen. You shouldn't have to worry about proper until you're 13."

OOC: Alphonse and Kami's? Well, it should just be called the Twilight Kingdom (which now control Electricity AND Ice Kingdoms.... :333)

 

Nel pouted. "This is no fair. Everyone else can kiss theit boyfriends easily."

"Is there a problem with starting early?" Senkou looked at him.

Sitting upon his throne. Glaring from the hand of darkness, upon him, one side, stood his Undead Army. The other, a portal to the upper realms. "God's territory...or my brother's destruction....interesting...." Xen had said aloud. Many of the other demons kept to themselves, for he was ruler of the 7th Level of Hell, and one of the truer demons. "So, little brother...how goes your world up there? Safe...snug...and warm...all waiting for my army to destroy them with an iron fist!" He slammed his fist upon his throne's arm, glaring at the world in front of him. "He will pay, and when he does...I'll glare at him, with those same eyes."

 

"Yes, but does everyone else have a boyfriend that is one Hell of a teacher? A scientist? A Vampire?" Cid smirked slightly, revealing his fangs slightly.

"No. I'd just like to hear you call me Daddy." Alphonse smiled.

OOC: Kaida was the Princess of the Ice Kingdom but then married Reese, Prince of the Twilight Kingdom. That made the little Twilight Kingdom bigger.

 

Nel squeeled slightly. "No! I'm the only one!"

"Daddy." Senkou said, blankly.

OOC: I see. =^^= Awesome.

 

"See? Height differences mean nothing. I make up for that with other abilities." Cid smiled, kissing her forehead.

"Awh, c'mon! No like you're a text reader robot that Cid is still trying to work on!" Alphonse laughed, pulling his cheek slightly.

 

Nel smiled and sat on the desk. She pointed to her lips. "I have these too you know, not just my forehead."

Senkou attempted it again. "Daddy." He sounded even more blank.

 

Cid smiled. "Point taken." He kissed her, this time, making sure he was a bit smaller for Nel.

"I give up." Alphonse sighed, turning to Kami. "He still sounds like a text reader robot when calling me Daddy."

Lucas sat in the library, reading a book on one of the sofas.
Darren stood beside him, serving him tea.

 

Nel smiled as she kissed him back.

"Just leave him be." Kami brushed Senkou's hair.
Senkou blinked then looked at Alphonse. "My dearest apologies, Father. I had no intention of disappointing you."

Karen was in the kitchen, preparing lunch. Even though she was Queen now, she still acted like a servant.
