A King's Story 4: Fading Light

"Nice, I might pinch stuff" She laughed.

 

Nel slowed her pace a little. "Come on, Ciddy-Cider. You're getting slower by the second." She teased.

Senkou sulked slightly. "That is unfair. I do not see why it is so important for me to call you that."

"You're no fair." Karen sighed and sat on a chair by the counter. "Just because I'm Queen, doesn't mean I have to be treated differently."

"I suppose that is why you are traveling." Kiku pointed out.

 

"Yeah and I don't really have a home at the moment" Kaia agreed.

 

'Why not?" Kiku asked curiously.

 

Dark laughed. "WOW, really? Then just smiling at you in this form is enough to make you shiz your pants!" He grinned.

"Do that and I'll bite your hand off." Abee frowned.

Cid frowned and ran faster, quickly catching up to her. "I'm not getting slower. It's just to keep myself more human like by not suddenly running really fast."

"Call me Dad or Daddy and actually mean it. Not sounding like a Text reader robot." Alphonse smirked.

 

"Oh right." Nel slowed down, smiling.

Senkou frowned. "I am unable to."

 

Kaia looked down and fidgeted with her fingers, "Well, my parents died when I was little and I didn't like the place where I was staying, I ran away"

Opal laughed, "Ooh, getting possesive?"

 

"My underwears clean so far, speaking of forms, which is your true one?"

 

As Xen gazed up the world, from which the ancient sphere in front of him shown, he had seen much from many Kingdoms. War, death, love, destruction, pain. All of which are born into these Kingdoms. Many of which he hated, many of which he adored, and many of which he could take over with just the flick of his wrist. But, as he gazed upon these Kingdoms, he had seen just what his own Kingdom had. Joy, sorrow, pain, agony, destruction, fear, hate, love, anger, and war. It was then that he realized that true nature of Kingdoms are not made from these, but of the people within them. He stood from his throne as he looked upon the hellish army he had so dearly enjoyed and hated making. He was ruler of this level of Hell, and soon-to-be ruler of a certain Kingdom, re-created into his hellish flames.

As Xen gazed upon the world sphere one last time, he held out his hand, the world sphere shattered. "So...brother...where's your God now?"

 

Kiku looked down. "I see. My apologies."

"No, no, it's fine. I'm away from there now, I don't want to burden you with my life. So, tell me something about you, now you know my life story" Kaia laughed and just hoped that Kiku would like her.

 

"Wellt hen I gave her Chocolate extra coins then"

Lawliet watched him leave then quickly ducked behind the doorframe again.

History: Slightly different than Xen's history, only, Arcus did the deed of killing his only brother for no price, or anything. His true intention was that of his own Mother's deed. What the point of his side of the story, was this~ "The mother had seen darkness, had felt, or even trembled by the mere sight and holding of her second son, Xen. Still, she gave birth to such a person, when evil stirred within a monster, a passionate creature of killing and not care about whether death fell upon him or the people he killed. That day, 700 and 15 years ago. Arcus had killed his brother. Arcus was at the age he is now during that time, and Xen was only 20 during that time as well. Because Arcus loved his brother, he had no other choice but to follow his mother's only wish to rid the world of pure darkness and evil, what he didn't know, was that the true evil behind it all, and what truely went on, was that his own mother had decived both of them. When Arcus had found out that his mother had decived him, the true nature of his heart grew. He had killed his mother, and taken his Father's sword as his own. He had repented for his crime, but could never be truely free of his Mother's own deception. He buried his brother on a hill, when they were little. He loved his brother, and the only thing he knew, was that after everything that had happened, would be to try and talk to his brother. 10 years later, he died. Leaning into the Kingdom of Heaven, and God giving him a chance to talk with his brother. Then, and only then, could both be set free from the personal hells they had been given."

Cid smiled, taking her hand. "It's only you, your parents and one of my apprentises that know I'm a Vampire. I can't just go annoucing it to the world."

"And why's that?" Alphonse asked.

"I'm only doing my job. And anyway-" Michuru was cut off as a small bell rang on a board. Under it was labelled library. "I think Lucas wants you."

"Yes. My food." Abee replied, sitting down and started to eat.

"It's. A. Secret~!" Dark smiled, waving his finger at her.

Near sat there, waiting for his blood levels to go down. After awhile, they returned to normal. He sighed with relief.

Nel smiled back. "Yay. I'm part of your secret." She hugged him.

Senkou didn't answer him.

"What are you making?" Karen asked.

 

Cid hugged back, smiling. "That's a good thing I guess."

Alphonse watched Senkou still. "C'mon Sen, why can't you call me Daddy without sounding blank?"

"Food. Now go on, Lucas wants you." Michuru replied, pointing at the small bell that was ringing on the wall. Under it was labelled Library.

 

Nel began to blush. "Hee yeah."

Senkou sighed. "I would rather not say, Father."

Karen watched the bell then got up. "Fine. I'll go." She walked out of the kitchen and ro the library.

 

"I guessed." Cid smiled, heading into the kitchen. Walking over to the cupboards, he pulled one open and pulled out chocolate.

"Tell meeee~ Now I'm interested." Alphonse pestered.

Lucas sat on the sofa still. He had put the book down and was taking off the eyepatch.

 

Nel was excited. "Great, delicious chocolate."

Senkou looked down. "Now is not the time."

Karen reached the library and opened the door, stepping in.

 

Opal laughed, "Fine, your food"
