A King's Story 4: Fading Light

"I want ice cream on them"

 

Opal just stared, glued to the spot, her body shaking.

 

Abee threw it, barely missing Opal's head and sticking into the wall next to her. "Read the paper at your feet. Clockwise order."
There were nine sheets at her feet, overlapping eachother.

OOC:

"Link keeps on shouting at everyone, asking why he's here."
"-screaming each time we drive the-"
"Crying now. Calling out for his-"
"Link isn't moving so much now. He keeps on repeating-"
"'ii-Nii. I prove how strong I am to my Nii-"
"No reactions anymore. He's definatly alive but just doesn't react to our-"
"If the King finds out that Link didn't-"
"Howling through the night like a-"
"wake up-"

 

Opal walked over and frowned as she read it, before offering it to Nigaito, "What does it mean though? Link didn't die?"

 

Nigaito took them, reading through them. "I don't know."
"You don't know?"
Nigaito looked over at Abee.
Abee had retrived the cleaver, holding it in one hand. "A Squadron of Six. Link, Sakoto, Rena, Len, Rika, Lan."

 

Opal's heart was pounding as she watched Abee and tried to put everything together in her mind.

Nel fell on her bum, watching the crowd of girls. She sighed.

"Horray for happy Daddy!"Raikou exclaimed.

"Really? Why?" Karen asked.

Amai gasped. "O-Oh...yes, of course..." She walked over to him and handed him the item.

"You didn't have to stop. It looks quite fun." Kiku smiled.

 

He took it and smiled at her shyly. "Thankyou"

 

Kaia blinked a few times, "Oh..er...okay?" She walked a few steps then slightly skipped tentivly.

 

Amai blushed a little. "You're welcome, Valued Customer."

Kiku smiled as she began to skip as well.

 

Kaia grinned and began to skip more confidently.

 

L went bright red. "W-wou-would you c-care to take a w-walk with me?"

 

Amai went really red. "W-Well n-n-no one is really coming here today s-so I'm sure it's f-fine."

Kiku couldn'r help but laugh a little.

 

Kaia laughed too, beginning to enjoy herself

 

"Really?!" He was in slight shock, he was sure the answer would be no.

 

Kiku began to slow down, catching her breath.

Amai nodded shyly.

 

He calmed down slightly, realising that he was looking a bit silly. "My name's Lawliet by the way"

 

Kaia noticed Kiku was slowing down but before she could, her foot got tangled in some undergrowth, but her momentum carried her forward, causing her to fall flat on her face.

 

Amai shook her head and composed herself. She took a deep breath. "My name is Amai." She smiled.

Kiku gasped. "Oh goodness! Are you okay?"

 

He blushed simply because he knew her name. "Does your boss need to know you're going out?"
