A King's Story 4: Fading Light

Akuji smiled, waving back. "You too." She turned heading off.

 

Clark watched her before heading the other direction.

OOC: And now?

 

OOC: I have an idea.
BIC:

Akuji smiled, walking along. She had made a new friend... almost.

"Young Master! Young Master!" A butler ran along, after Clark. He was holding a note. "Young Master, a message from the works!"

 

OOC: Make it Grell! :=D:
BIC:

Clark turned around to see his butler. "Slow down."

 

OOC: It IS.
BIC:

The butler stopped in front of Clark, almost falling over in the process. "A message." He handed it to Clark. "Apparently the gang that we have been trying to arrest has been located and arrested. Plus our sales as a Toy Brand and Sweet Brand has increased by 13% over the past month."

 

OOC: You should of made him trip. ;-;
BIC:

Clark looked it over, making sure he looked at every detail. "Good. Let's get home then."

 

"Fasinating, isn't it? Over an hour ago, they had no idea where to look for them under 10 minutes ago, a man burst in knowing where they were. At the same time, apparently a large trip of children of the Light Kingdom arrived at our stores, wanting the toys and candy." The butler started to think. "Good Luck I guess. Very good luck."

 

"Indeed it is." Clark started to walk to his home. "I would like to eat once we get home."

 

The butler trailed after him. "I shall get the cooks to cook you something. By the way, who was that girl you were with around 10 minutes ago?"

OOC: Something to keep Clark remember Akuji. She just gave him very good luck.

 

Clark gasped slightly. Could that be possible...No, I'm just fooling myself. Shuting his eyes, he replied. "A girl named Akuji. Find out about her."

 

"Right. Is there anything you can tell me to make it easier to pin-point her and find out more?" The butler asked. "Even if there isn't, I'll find out or I'm not Grell Sutcliffe, Butler to the Earl Clark Phantomhive!" He grinned.

 

Clark continued to walk. "I have no information for you."

 

"Okay then. I'll do everything in my power to find out everything about this girl." Grell smiled, pulling out a notebook and writing in it. "Why're you so interested in her? If you don't mind me asking."

 

Clark didn't reply as he made it to the door.

 

Grell took the silence as an answer, writing more in his book. "I'll head off to find more about her as quickly as possible." He told Clark, opening the front door for him.

 

Clark nodded. He walked in and made his way to his room. "I'll take my food in my room."

 

"I'll send it up to you then." Grell smiled, heading off to do research on Akuji.

Half an hour later, he knocked on Clark's door. "Young Master?"

 

"Enter." Clark said, writing in a notebook.

 

Grell opened the door, pushing a trolley inside. On it was a cake slice and some tea. "I'll pour you some." He picked up a cup, only to drop it and smash it. Grell's eyes widened. "Oh no!" He bent down, picking up the shards. His tailcoat got caught on the trolley, tempting to pull it over.

 

Clark sighed and closed the book.
