A King's Story: High in the Skies

Opal stared up into the heavens above, she wondered what life what had in store for them. She gripped Abee's hand, whatever it was, they'd be ready.

 

Abee blinked then smiled, squeezing her hand back.

 

She grinned. "Yay!" She sat playing with his hair.

 

Kazune sat there calmly, letting her mess around. "We are still childish."

 

"Yup" She said in a kiddy voice.

 

"I wonder how the kid'll act. Like me with your attitude?" Kazune teased.

 

"Probably will actually"She smiled.

 

"Then when it goes into a fuss, it'll act like I did?" Kazune grinned.

 

Kami looked back at him, not saying a word.

Akito simply continued to smile warmly.

 

"What?, you mean sit and eat cake? most likely.."

 

Alphonose looked at Kazune and Xyam. He then yawned and sat back on teh grass.

"Yay cake." Kazune smiled.

 

She smiled. "What time is it?"

 

Kami looked back up at the sky then lied down. She thought for a moment.

 

"Bedtime. a.k.a - 9:30." Kazune grinned and settled down on the grass next to Xyam.

Alphonose watched her.

 

Kaia linked a few more times before she smiled back.
"i'm gonna need a brown paper bag.."

 

She laid down and stared at the sky. "I can't see any stars"

 

"Bloody mist." Kazune said.

 

Kami blinked and took in a breath. What will Akito give up?

Alphonose thought. "... Maybe his sight?"

 

"Mist is pretty"She said, smiling.
