A King's Story: High in the Skies

She smiled. "Why's that?"

 

"This." Kazune cupped his hands around her ears. "Listen."

"I KNEW you'd have something like this in your room."
"HEY! ITS UNFAIR AND AN INVASION OF PRIVACY!"
"Pfft. I only know aout this because you were thinking very clearly about it!"
"Brother, you're mean...."

 

Xyam grinned.

 

"Heh, you can be mean too!"
"Like when?!"
"Like the time when we were 16, you put a frog in my side of the bed."
"Oh yeah.... -laughing- That was funny."

 

"It's hard to believe that they are grown adults" she smiled.

 

Kazune took his hands off her ears. "Damn your ears are small." He smiled.

 

"Better than having huge sattelite lugs" she said.

 

"They're cute." Kazune grinned, going red slightly.

 

Xyam smiled. "Really?, that's something i've never heard"

 

Erix stood up. He heard a snap. like someone stepped on a twig.

 

Kazune smiled. "Well they are."

 

"At least it was a compliment, well sorta" she kissed him.

 

Erix slowly drew his blade. He looked around. The snaps grew louder and faster. "Running..." Erix muttered.

 

Kazune kissed back, hugging her.

Kotarou heard the footsteps and brought out a bow and arrow. Firing one into the woods, he waited.

 

She hugged back. "I love you" she said.

 

Erix's eyes widened as a person ran out of the trees and attacked Erix. "Ah! Damn!" Erix swung at the person.

 

Kazune smiled. "I love you too."
