A King's Story: High in the Skies

Abee stopped and looked at her. "Don't worry. The forest is a free spirit. If it's controlled, the air is more tense. Its not tense now so don't worry."

 

Opal paused then smiled, "Oh right, good. By the way, how come you were tied to a pole for however long and don't remember anything before that, but you know that? You know you never fail to amaze me"

 

"Things still float to me. I can't remember why I was tied there.... Just that I was sent on a mission then woke up there." Abee smiled shyly.

 

"Well, you're here now and that's what matters. Here, with me and being incredible like usual" She moved closer to Abee and wraped her arm round him.

 

Abee smiled at her. "Thanks."

 

Opal smiled and moved closer until her mouth was in his ear, "no problem" she whispered and kissed his neck.

 

Abee instantly went red and froze.

 

Opal couldn't help but smile, "relax, everything's okay" She gently ran her fingers through his hair and caressed his face.

 

Abee was still red. "U-U-Um.."

 

Opal laughed gently and looked straight into his eyes, her hand still on his face. With her free hand she took his hand and brought it up to her face. "Just relax. No-one's going to hurt you, ever"

 

Abee stared at her, smiling. He then moved his hand down and hugged her. "Promise."

 

Opal tightened their embrace, "If anyone tries to hurt you they're going to have answer to me"

 

Abee rested the top of his head on hers. "Or if they try to hurt you."

OOC: Abee is taller then her. She comes up to his shoulders.

 

OOC: Okay, makes sense. Although I kinda imagined he was small because he was so child-like, naive and innocent.

Bic: "Okay, but as long as we stay together, we can do anything" She hugged him tighter, never wanting to let go.

 

Abee smiled. "Squeeze anymore and i'll be Abee-pancake."

Opal released him quickly, "Oh I'm so sorry. Did I hurt you?" She grimaced and raised her shoulders in apology.

 

Abee shook his head. "Nope, didn't hurt." He smiled.

 

She sighed in relief, "Good because I never want to hurt you" she took his hand again.

 

Abee laughed. "I don't mind if it's by accident."

 

Opal laughed with him, "Yeah, but I still don't want to hurt you"
