A King's Story: High in the Skies

"Looks like those weird demon shadows from Howls Moving Castle" she stared at it.

 

"Maybe back at home?" Sapphira said.
"The Draklor Laboratory?" Kaida asked.

"Christ." Cid stood up and walked over to Alphonose. "With this much mist in his body, he could take down a whole army if he wanted to. Of course, killing himself in the progress."

Kazune picked it up by it's wing. "Its a demon." He frowned, putting it in a cloth and then in his bag.

 

"I think we should move faster, incase there's more" she said looking around.

 

Kazune nodded and dropped lower to the floor. Spotting more black shadows there, he flew up again. "Stalemate. We can't go nearer to the floor or they'll attack. Too close to the clouds and they'll attack."

 

Kami nodded again. Good start. Ready Akito?

Sapphira smiled. "I wish you luck."

Cid smirked and walked over to the jars again, looking at hate. "Lets see what happens when we unleash you as well as others on Kami..."

"Maybe.... Come on, ready to fly as fast you possibly can?" Kazune asked.

 

"Ready as always" she smiled.

 

Kazune took her hand and then sped off, dodging the shadows that tried to attack.

 

Thank you. Kami began to warp away.
Akito along with her.

 

Xyam glided along side him, watching the demons.

 

Cid walked back to Alphonose and put the crystals on his chest, them absorbing into him.

Kazune spotted the Twilight Kingdom and flew faster. Once inside the borders the demons left them alone. "Yeah! You dun mess with me!" He jeered at them.

 

Xyam giggled at him.

 

Kami arrived with Akito in Draklor Laboratory.
Kami closed her eyes, feeling around for Alphonose. She opened her eyes. This way. She took off running, Akito following.

 

Kazune smiled at her then headed towards the castle.

 

She followed him, looking as if she was running down stairs.

 

Alphonose sat up, looking up at Cid.
Cid smirked. "Tell me. What do you feel towards Kami?"
"She's a complete biitch." Alphonose muttered.
"How about you go find her?" Cid asked.
Alphonose nodded and stood up, walking out of the room.

Kazune looked back at her and laughed, landing in the gardens.
Sapphira looked out the window and spotted them both. "Godfather! Godmother!" She shouted, waving.

"huh?" She looked around and spotted Sapphira. "HI!" she waved back.

 

Kami ran down the hallways. We are getting close.
I have to ask...Are you goingto be able to fight him this time?
Kami looked down and then up, fiercely. If it is what I must do.

 

Sapphira pulled herself up and jumped out, floating down to them.
Kazune held his arms out to her.
Sapphira smiled, landing in his arms and hugged him. "I haven't seen you for ages..."
Kazune hugged back, grinning. "Yeah, we missed you."

"Then this will be an interesting fight." Alphonose said. Walking down the stairs, step by step, he watched them both. "See, Dr Cid has shown me alot." He smirked. "He showed me my true powers. And I can do this." Alphonose raised his hand. Behind him, 8 large lances appeared. Pointing towards Kami, the lances flew towards her and stuck in the wall, outlining her.
