A King's Story: High in the Skies

Hate lunged at her, swinging his blade.

Dr Cid laughed, watching Blue crystals come out from Akito.

 

Cori sat and fell asleep on her head.
"What is a chimera?"

 

"Do you think they'd attack us while were inside the kingdom?" she asked.

 

Kami waited for Hate to come closer, her katana still pointed at him.

Akito couldn't take it anymore and soon feel unconcious as the crystals left his body.

 

Opal saw Mei blush and laughed, she liked him as well. Oh well, it looked like he was taken. "So, everybody's good now?"

 

I think so. Mei smiled greatly. So now that that is all settled, what shall we do? She looked at Opal.

 

"I think." Tsuyoki started, extending his hand to Opal "I think we should have a proper meeting. Pleased to meet you, I'm Tsuyoki."

Bic: Opal shook his hand, "pleasure to meet you too, I'm Opal. I look forward to getting to know you" This being formal was scaring her, she was never this formal.

 

Mei giggled at Opal and Tsuyoki.

 

Warmly, Tsuyoki gave her a warm hug.

"Pleased to meet you Opal. A friend of Mei's is a friend of mine."

 

Mei smiled tenderly.

 

Opal hugged him back, that felt so good "Good to know. So, are you origionally from around here or new to the area like me?"

 

I am originally from the Air Kingdom, but I haven't lived in this area long.

 

"To be honest, I don't remember my hometown." Tsuyoki replied , keeping holding the warm hug. "Enlistment starts early for those in the poverty districts and once in you're kicked around the entire kingdom. How about you?

 

Mei looked at them, smiling. I wish I could have a hug,she thought to herself.

 

She smiled deep in the warm hug, "Oh, I lived in the water kingdom until, well, my parents vanished. I was taken in my a nice family but they kicked me out on my 16th birthday. Now, I'm kind of wandering looking to make a fresh start"

 

Water Kingdom, huh?

 

"The water kingdom?" Tsuyoki wondered, his eye brow raised. He stepped back, putting an arm around Opal.

"The enemy of the air kingdom water kingdom?"

 

Opal looked up at him, "Oh, I hate this stupid war. I don't like it, I don't understand it and I don't fight for it. I don't get why everyone can't be friends. I suppose yes, but I'm not part of it. I hope we can still be friends."

 

I agree with you. Mei frowned, looking to the side.
