Luxor smiled and melted into the shadows, he reappeared in another part of the castle and frowned * hmm looks like i come up against a slight obsticle, no matter i'll get what i want*
Xyam stood up and took a deep breath, " thank you, he nearly strangled me" she smiled at kazune

 

Reese saw Sapphira reach out. "what do you see..?"

 

Kazune smiled back. "Hes a complete pain in the ass. Is he a nobody or something?"

Kaida looked at Sapphira. "Hey, look. She only started to reach out when she put her two fingers over her eye." She copied what Sapphira was doing but was nothing. "I can't see anything."
Sapphira stopped trying to reach out. The big red crystal heart was fasinating her.

 

Reese's true form appeared out of the crystal heart, only visible to Sapphira.

 

Sapphira looked up at Reese and started crying again.
Kaida took Sapphira back. "Sapphira? Whats wrong?"
Sapphira shyed away from Reese. He was scary.
Kaida looked at Reese. "I think you've spooked her somehow."

 

Reese realised what his daughter saw. he put a hand to his chest.

 

Kaida frowned. "Do you have any idea what might of spooked her?"

 

Reese handed Sapphira to Kaida. "put her to bed. i have to show you something..."

 

Kaida nodded. She put Sapphira in the crib that was next to her bed. "What do you want to show me?"

 

Reese closed his eyes. wings started to grow from his back.

 

Kaida watched as her eyes widened. "Oh... my... god.."

 

Reese's transformation was finished. "this... is the real me... go ahead... run away like they all do..."

BIC: Kaida trembled slightly but didn't move.

 

"i can smell your fear..." Reese didn't move.

 

Kaida shut her eyes to calm herself down. "You.... look scary..."

 

"i understand..." he was surronded by a dark ball. when the darkness faded, he was normal.

 

Kaida opened her eyes again to see Reese normally. "Sapphira saw that. No wonder she cried."

 

Reese sighed. "i scared my own daughter..."

 

Kaida shook her head. "Its okay. Sapphira is only a baby and didn't expect to you like that. She probably thinks that it was a monster - not you."

 

Reese looked away. "i have to finish Erix..."
