A King's Story

Kaida blushed more. "I love you too..." She sighed. "Reese. Theres a favour i want you to do for me."

 

"anything for you, my love." Reese stood up normaly

 

Kaida sat up in the bed. "Dont go down without a fight and have your last thought be me."

 

Reese buried his face in Kaida's neck and cried. but he nodded, agreeing to the deal.

 

Kaida hugged him. "Please dont cry..."

 

"i don't want to leave you..." Reese cried harder. "Rei will have a great wife....."

 

Kaida wiped away the tears going down her face. "You wont have to leave me because Kazune will kill Erix..."

 

"i hope so... but if he fails..." Reese kept crying.

 

"Then i die instead." Kaida hugged Reese tighter.

 

Erix watched them. he was floating in the air.
Reese kissed her neck and trailed up to her lips. "i'm telling Kazune to call off the search. it's not worth it..."

 

Kaida shook her head. "Its worth it! If theres someway of letting you live then i would do it." She kissed him.

 

Reese kissed back. "i don't want you to be in any danger... Kaida... i have something to tell you..."

 

Kaida lent against Reese. "Please dont say that the deal is shorter..."

 

"no... i lied to you... i killed my family... and nearly everyone in the village..."

 

Kaida shut her eyes. "Why? Because you wouldnt be king?"

 

Reese nodded. "and Erix's parents..... were my parents.... Erix is Rei's Nobody..."

 

Kaida sighed. "Erix should harbour no feelings. He really shouldnt care for your parents..."

 

"he feels as though they're his parents..." Reese said.

 

Kaida frowned. "Hes stupid then. Your parents never cared for him. You have no need to let yourself be killed by a nobody."

 

Erix appeared. "i'm not stupid... you made me mad... i'll kill Reese now..."
