Luxord rubbed his cheek he looked down his eyes seemed to be darkened as silence was in the air. The Gambler of Fate looked at Xion it been an while since he thought about his childhood. His sister Alice always kept him busy and Ludor's parents was always strict teaching him manners and being an gentlemen teaching him honor and dignity meant everything. "Ludor' Luxord said silently then he looked at Xion "my childhood is none of your business and im not an slave to Xemnass im an knight always has and always will be traitor" The Gambler of Fate said to her

 

Xion giggled, the sound not coming naturally to her, and probably scaring everyone else. It did sound evil. "Doesn't mean I can keep it out." she answered sweetly. Namine was safe, that was all that mattered. She gently clasped her hands behind her back. "You're not very much of a knight." she said, wrinkling her nose. "They smell better."

 

"Woah woah woah, someone is selfish, but in the end that are is what humans claim to be so you should watch what you say," he directed his words to Tifa. Starring at Xion he hid a chuckle as the doll was just so amusing at times. "Death is a part of life and there is nothing you can do about it."

Cloud couldn't look at Tifa and kept his focus on the ones who presented to be a threat. He ignored everyone else and simply replied without emotion. "I know my answer now." From what she had blurted out, he felt himself falling furthur into darkness where the light could not be reached.

Xigbar placed a hand on his head and sighed once Namine had left. Before she disappeared he had seized her notebook and held it high in the air. "You can't do anything without this now can you?" He was teasing even though she was away and handed the notebook over to Luxord. "You hear what she said? She's going to threaten us by messing up our memories," he startted to laugh. "Doesn't apply to someone without a heart."

Demyx took the hint that Larxene was speaking to Axel and also Saix and that no one had decided to enter the void that he conjured up. "I never said it would be like that Larxene," he waved his hand out at her like she was crazy for saying such a thing. "I knew what the boss wanted as he already approved of what I told him so if you want to stay and argue with Axel, Saix or the boss go ahead. I have to leave to stop the water anyway," he walked into the void without another word as it brought him to the other side back on the world of Hollow Bastion. Looking to the east he saw the wave coming across the valley and how much fury and speed it had picked up from when he left. Spotting other people fleeing in different directions, he sent out some dusks to spot any actions of any others that were on his list. The turks were somewhere, and he would use the force to his advantage if he needed to. Bringing out his sitar, he played a few chords, having it rise up where he was, spraying forth the excess from it on him and in the direction he was looking at. Walking slowly, the wave followed as the force was under his control and manipulation from his music. Glancing in a distance, he saw Xigbar and Luxord confronting others. Deciding to investigate, he continued his walk, the fluid growing mightier from the traces it sucked up from the already wet ground. He felt the presence of another nobody who was hiding for some reason and he wondered if she could feel his presence and know of the water that was under control of what could have flooded and destroyed the town.

 

She heard Xigbar and almost chuckled to herself.
It's good he thinks that it only applies to people with hearts.
Now I can be ultra sneaky in the way I mess up his.He won't even suspect it,at least I hope not.
She tried her best not to make any noise and straightened her posture to find the best way to hear their conversation.
Stupid organization.Never do they know when to stop,these games of theirs.

 

Luxord looked at Xion calmly untel Xigbar gave the notebook. "trash" The Gambler of Fate mutterd as he looked at it then he dropped it onto the ground. Luxord was sick of Namine and he was sick of Xion both of them was traitors nothing more nothing less. The Gambler of Fate had an loogy then spat it on the notebook then The Gambler of Fate proceded by putting his foot on it and scrunching and ripping it apart as he moved his foot on the notebook. "of course only filth cant smell anything that is blessed with rightiusness and dignity so dont wast you unneeded words succubis" Luxord said to Xion with an grin.

 

She kept up her sweet smile, not focusing on anyone but Luxord. "Ever lost a game?" she asked softly, her eyes sparkling now. "I think you havent, though you've had doubts. How long's it been since you played? Knights save people." she informed him, flicking his nose, hard, before backing up with light, dance like steps. "You've never saved anyone with a heart."

Tifa backed up. "Fine then. Leon, you stay or go. I'm taking the kids home. They don't need to be in your war zone." she spat, putting as much venom as she had into the words. She didn't need him, she had to take care of her promises. Fine, if he wanted to lie. Unclenching her hands, she turned her back on the Organization and held out a hand to Xion.

 

He knew he had recongnized someone else. He heard about another female, but she was not part of the organization for some reason. From the senior members especially Xigbar he had heard who she was and who she had come from. Walking up to her, she would be deaf if she had not heard the water being held up by him. "It's not right to be spying on others Namine," he smiled causally also spotting Roxas. He heard voices in the distance and one had sounded like Cloud's and the one who supposely cared for him reject him harshly by the bitterness in her tone.

Xigbar rolled his one eye and rested his freeshooters over his shoulder. "Nice going. I was going to look at that, but now you grossed me out," he starred at Luxord. "Hold on! He has come." He sensed Demyx's prescense and noticed the water had stopped abruptly.

Cloud ignored Tifa, her words were like a sword being sliced into his heart. She had changed and now no one could save him from what Sephiroth had planned for his clone along.

 

Xion reached for Tifa's hand, then stopped, her eyes narrowed. "Come on." she tugged the older woman's hand and pulled her to where Namine was hiding. "Go away Demyx. You're playing with Sparky now." she said, quietly but wiht small authority. "Namine, Tifa and I are going to her home. Do you want to come with?" Tifa was sad, she knew that. She would talk to her when they were safe.

Luxord looked at Xion "about 10 minuts ago" The Gambler of Fate said to Xion with an grin. "true i havnt saved anyone while i been existing as an nobody but im trying to save my past that is the hardest thing for an knight to save" Luxord said to the traitor then he turned his attention to Tiffa. "now miss can you pleaze get her out of my sights" The Gambler of Fate said nicely to Tiffa. "dear free shooter i apologize for ruining your fun but trash should stay trash" Luxord said kinda harshly as he kicked the noteback making it fall into an puddle of water "yes number 9 made his presence" The Gambler of Fate said afterwards.

 

Naminé turned around,frightened by the organization member.
"Are you going to take me away?"
She was shaking,she didn't want to die at the hands of the organization.
It was as if admitting defeat.
"Which one of them,are you?"
He was wearing the black cloak,so no doubt he was with the organization and he was smiling and looking at her as if amused.
He didn't seem at all harmful to her for some reason,but then again;Roxas did.
And he didn't seem to want to hurt her at all.

She looked up at Tifa and Xion.
"Yes,please take me with you."

 

Demyx had not realized Xion would tell him to leave, but she was hurt by the death of her mother. "Xion, don't treat me like that. I was told to take care of you and so was Cloud and now you and Tifa are rejecting him because of a promise he made to me just to help you guys out in more ways then one. Talk about heartless," the wave was spewing forth water threatening to fall if he lost his concentration or if anyone provoked him.

Cloud spotted his friend and he jumped down from his spot to where the others were conversing. "They won't understand. Tifa has already ripped out my heart with her words. Everyone is only thinking of themselves and not the bigger picture about what I and you have sacrificed for them."

"Yes I know." Walking closer, the wave was mere inches from falling, but he kept his composure to be calm and knew he would have to answer his friend eventually. "I have a reason for why your town was flooded the first time. I was chasing a female Turk and she had tried to get away from me and unforutunetly she did, but I wasn't going to just let her off that easy. So I combined my water with the town's water, split the waves where one went underground and the other you now see before you."

"Elena," Cloud said the turk's name. "So if she would of just came to you quietly and not flee, you would of never caused the water damage correct?"

"Precisely," Demyx grinned and reached out his hand over his shoulder, letting it get drenched from the wave behind him. "I've come to stop this wave from hitting your town again, but I need to ask of you a favor regardless what any of them think." He was referring to Xion, Namine and Tifa.

"Well how do you like that? Cloud is giving Demyx no trouble what so ever, but when I try to talk to him he gets defensive. It seems to be, Cloud only trusts Demyx and we can use that to our advantage." Xigbar replied to Luxord.

 

Luxord noticed what Xigbar mentioned it seemed they could use it for their advantage. The Gambler of Fate did his signature pose looking at Cloud and Demyx. "if we can get him to only depend on Demyx" The Gambler said talking to Xigbar. "when the time comes we can purposely make the water turn foul and make cloud lose his heart into unescapable darkness" Luxord finished talking to the free shooter thinking about an plan with an cold smile on his face.

 

Larxene rolled her eyes as she opened a portal. Said portal, curling into the air before her extended hand, led to her room. How irritating. There was no “good plan Larxene.†...not even a “thanks Larxene†for coming up with such an idea. Screw that, she might as well not contribute anymore if that is the attitude they are going to take.
“fuck this...,†she mumbled, small sparks flying from her arms as she entered the portal. Her speed came in handy now, closing the portal and entering her room before a mere breath could be taken.

Upon entering her messed up room, The Nymph let loose what was a major shitstorm in her mind. Her vision blurred slightly, feeling disgust and rage in her take over whatever false facade she had placed upon herself before. Why did she do that? Why the hell did she do that? Let The Nocturne in on it, and let him run to the boss with her plan, Make it seem like it was his idea.
“Stupid idiotic piece of dirt!†She growled, kicking out and letting her foot collide with her closet. The wood broke, splintering in all directions, as she did not care to hold back on the ornamental furniture. “Taking MY idea, MY pride and running to the boss with it? Making himself look all glorified and good?†A large burst of electricity filled the room, crackling as it hit various metal objects. “I don’t deserve a diminutive rank in this organisation. I don’t deserve to be number twelve. I need a more dominating role.†The name of her numeral rolled off the tip of her tongue with an abrupt spit. Of course she deserved more. Surrounded by such idiots.

Axel had rolled his eyes at Larxene who at the time was repeating herself over some trivial stuff. He wondered what the hell was up with her. He would never give her the satisfaction she needed to make him look inferior. It wasn't in his blood and nor did he hold that kind of personality. Glancing at her abrupt exit into darkness he sighed as he made a portal himself. The lightning wench was contradicting at times, but he wondered if she left to go electrocute something. In his mind set knew that she had not gone to Hallow Bastion or else she wouldn't have been so upset. No she was calm at the time, but now she was stressed out and pissed. The flurry sighed, she was like him in a lot ways, but of course he wouldn't admit it. "I am going to keep an eye on things. Something tells me that I am needed," He admitted towards Saix only showing his back to him. Almost like a sign that they understood each other in that respect. He let the void swallow him in darkness as he traveled towards the Corridor to Darkness.



Roxas seemed to hear conversations going back and forth and glad that Xion was trying a different approach with Luxord and Xigbar unlike his approach. That would include voilence if they pushed him. He was glad that Namine had gotten away and hopefully she had gone somewhere safe. He glanced at Demyx as well. "You are going to get rid of the water right?" He asked.

Cid threw his hands in the air as he looked at Xeol with frustration. He had noticed the the fog sweeping across the room and he only narrowed his eyes. His computer was damaged and it would take some time for extreme repairing. These nobodies were nothing, but trouble and a growing threat to their town. If he had it his way he would run them down with his plane. He grabbed Xeol by the shoulders and shook him. "What is that you want from me?" His hand slowly was going to choke him, but he wanted to hear him speak.

Leon couldn't believe what he was hearing and was disgusted with Tifa's behavior. "You are such a hypocrite yourself. Running off with Rude like that. We had no choice as you know the economy is poor. We are doing what we can surive and doing it to help both our friends and Xion and Roxas." He admitted the truth to her. "I thought you would back Cloud up in anything as you were the one who kept him away from Sepiroth. If he breaks into darkness because of your rejecting him, then I have already lose him and you won't be forgiven. How can you treat an man like that who has deep feelings for you?" The warrior was pissed beyond belief.

 

Naminé stared at Demyx.
"What sort of favor?"She looked at him,confused.
"I honestly have no idea what you want with me."Then she walked closer to him and signed, "Do I owe you something?Because I've never even met you before."She looked at Tifa and Xion for an answer;but they gave none.
"What is going on?"She looked at Cloud,and he looked away;but Demyx was still smiling.
It angered her,how controlling the organization could be.
Why does Cloud trust him?

"I'm not part of the organization,nor want to be."
She looked at the ground and started to think,what have I gotten myself into?"Leave me alone,please."

 

Before Cloud was going to answer the water wielder, he heard the outburst from Leon and knew his friend had his back no matter what. "Leon..." He couldn't say anything else for his mind was full of questions that needed answers, but the timing was not good. "We did what we had to do and you can twist it however you want. What Leon spoke was the truth." His blue eyes starred coldly at Tifa.

Demyx leaned his hand between the blades of his sitar, not cutting himself of course, but in a bored fashion. "You don't know me because I actually don't know much about what happens in the organization as no one tells me anything. It's frusterating, but that is how the others are. I wasn't involved in the whole Castle Oblivion thing with Marluxia,Larxene, Axel, Lexaeus, Vexen and Zexion. So I'm just there for some reason, but there is one thing I'm not and that is an traitor. I don't believe in that you know? I care if I survive to see the next day plus I'm greatful I was created so whom am I to judge? If you get past it all, our boss Xemnas and the organization just want one thing and that is to exist so you see we are all misunderstood not evil. Would I have gone out of my way to help Xion and her baby then?" He hinted something he and Cloud only knew.

Xigbar nodded with Luxord after he grinned. "And when do you think that will happen? What does time tell ya?"

 

"I know you aren't a traitor.But I doubt you are going about the right way to become a 'someone' or have a heart.Your methods are evil.I do not misunderstand."
She pondered his words for a few seconds,and became even more confused than before.
"Xion's baby?"
She questioned him,her curious stare wasn't too much for him;although she wished that her words would once shake him.
"You are pretty evil looking to me."

Then suddenly realizing something,she turned to look at Cloud.
"I don't trust you."

 

Luxord looked at Xigbar with an grin cause the organization members knew some of the dirty secrets of the agreement "ill start to place the cards now" he said to the one eyed nobody silintly. "did i just hear that there was nothing unforgivable about the agreement the two warriors made with us" The Gambler of Fate said to Tiffa. "im sorry to make things worse but there is more to the agreement then cloud and Leon is willing to tell you" Luxord said to all of them. "so you guyz did it for goodness that is what your wanting your friend to believe but its not respectfull to lie to her" The Gambler of Fate said to Leon and Cloud shaking his head sadly. Then his eyes stared at Tiffa "a part of their agreement was they would get paid for working with us" Luxord stoped for his words to sink into the girl's head. "greed that is one darkness all men have in their hearts but what makes the unfortionate secret worse is they knew about people dying by getting their hearts stolen yet they did nothing to stop us when they had the best chance any gentlemen would ever have" Luxord raised his finger and pointed at his head "so think about it if they realy agreed to the deal on your behalf and everybody elses well being they would have killed us while we slept or while we least expected it" Luxord finished talking to Tiffa as he lowerd his hand away from his head.

 

Xion took Namine's hand, her eyes glowing slightly. "Tifa will take us home." she murmured, her voice distant. "Luxord wants Cloud's heart, Demyx wants Cloud's help...." she shook her head. "I just need to get away. You sure you want to come, Namine?"

Tifa kept her eyes away from Cloud. She was done just listening and standing by. He wanted her help, he had to start trusting her again. If he couldn't then they couldn't work together. Even she knew you had to trust your partner inexplicibly. "It's your choice, Namine, Xion. I won't force you."

 

"Luxord, Cloud knew when he made the deal with Demyx that he killed heartless anyway so why not get payed for it as well. I don't know about what they really discussed, but she will end up hating herself forever knowing she couldn't save him and that's her loss. Look at the way she has turned her back on him now." He enjoyed crushing other's spirits for the excitement of human's hopes and dreams was nothing but an illusion.

Cloud glared at Luxord for saying to much, but he wasn't going to challenge him. What good would that prove? "I did what I had to do to surive," he simply stated not looking at her again. Turning to Namine, he coldy starred down at her. "I don't care if you don't trust me. You know nothing about me anyway so stop sterotyping by what you hear from others. It's dispicable.

Demyx used his thumb to point to the wave behind him and he laughed lightly, his eyes wide with amusement. "Evil? Me? Are you sure you're not a jester instead of a witch who can alter memories? Are you blind? You see this wave behind me Namine, if I was evil I would of let it hit you and your friends by now and then you would either be crushed or drown." He removed his hand from the blades of his sitar and twirled it at the base, hitting a lower chord that sent the wave closer to the ground. "You understand now?" Nonchantly, his fingers fiddled with the other strings causing the wave to ominously splash where they stood and come close to striking the ground.
