A Scattered Dream

"If I'm not welcome then I'll leave." Xemnas said cooly.

"Tell us where Riku is!" Sora yelled at Xemnas.

 

With no response from Xaldin, Vexen then went through the portal to Radiant Garden, and as soon as he made it through the portal closed. When Vexen arrived in Radiant Garden he began to look for the 9th member, "While I'm heading to where the inhabitants of this world store their data, you are to alert me if you see anyone approaching where I am located. Do you understand?", Vexen told Demyx when he found the 9th member.

 

Xion felt a pressure building. "Make it stop." she whispered, holding her hands to her head. She felt that Xemnas was causing this. "Make it stop!" she yelled. "Tell us where Riku is!"

 

Kairi slide so she was by Xion. "What happened to Riku?"

Riku's energy slow died down. The unbirths, heartless, and nobdies had to upper hand. 'I need help, NOW!'

 

Demyx stepped forward rolling his eyes at the senior member. "Yeah I guess, but don't take forever old man," he moved past him to the side sencing other presences from a distance. "We may have company."

 

Xion reached for her keyblade, rushing at Xemnas. "Tell them where he is!" Memories kept flashing, making her head hurt.

 

Xemnas paused and said "He's simply in the darkness."

 

Xion slashed with the Keyblade at Xemnas. She couldn't take the pain anymore.

 

Xemnas grabbed Xion by the arm and throat. "Fool, you should know better."

"Let her go Xemnas!" Sora yelled.

 

"Great. Are they on our side, or the enemies?", asked Vexen to the younger member. If it hadn't been for the mention of company, Vexen would of told Demyx that he should respect his elders.

 

Xion struggled, her hand pounding now. Memories were flashing by, but they weren't hers. She saw islands, a pretty sunset, a boat, a small cloaked figure holding a keyblade, a man in a scientists coat, reports, a white room with 13 chairs....

 

Xemnas chuckled. "What's wrong Xion? Are you uncomfortable?"

 

How does he know my name? she struggled, trying to kick him. Then a memory came to her, and she screamed "Sora, Kairi, run!" She summoned the Keyblade and slashed at Xemnas' arm.

 

"We're not leaving you behind with him!" Sora yelled.

Xemnas grasped in pain. "You insignificent child!" Xemnas shot Xion with energy bolts.

 

Xion screamed, trying to get free. "Just go!" she said, cutting at his arm again. "Let me go!"

 

"Oh you're not going anywhere." Xemnas said. He summond 2 Twilight Thorns and an army of dusks to occupy Sora. "Now for you." Xemnas said looking at Xion. Xemnas began electrocuting her.

 

"Uh I think it's the boss, another one of us and two of our enemies. I'm gonna go check it out and see what's happening?" he forgot that he was supposed to watch for intruders as his mind was intent on doing something different at the time. ''I'll be back. Don't die while I'm gone," he joked disappearing over to the area. Placing a hand to his chin, he saw a young girl dressed in a black cloak one of their own. "Xion? Xion! What is going on?" he helped her up after she had gotten zapped not understanding what was happening or why the boss was hurting her and that he was in the way. He just saw the situation as another one of them in trouble. "Xion? It's me Demyx, you know one of Roxas's friends?" he said with a smile checking her vitals.

 

Xion tried to focus. "Demyx?" Her whole body hurt, and she couldn't remember why. "Sora!" she tried to get up, trying to make her body move. She looked up to see a familiar face, and Xemnas, behind him.

 

"Yes Xion. It's me. I'm the ninth member of the organization. I'm the funloving one," he helped her to her feet and tried to have her stand on her own. "Why are you calling out Sora's name? What is going on?" he let her lean her weight on him.

 

Xion felt her knees buckle. "He's a friend..." she leaned on Demyx. "Xemnas...he's bad! Don't let him get Sora!" she looked around wildly, trying to find him and Kairi.
