A Scattered Dream

"Don't worry Xion. I still have use for the both of you. Come with me and you can return to your original self. It's what you want, right?"

Sora began to run toward them.

 

"Original...self?" Xion was tempted...but Demyx was still beside her. "But what about my friends?"

 

His nerves were screaming out as his back collided with the brick wall as he dubbed over in pain. He yelled out in a high pitch at first deepening by the second nearly getting the wind knocked out of him. He cowared by the boss's booming voice that made him turn white as a ghost. Cringing he felt Xion shaking him concerned for his well being. Trying to get up he noticed Sora and Kairi in the background and in a blink of an eye he watched Sora run towards him. Managing as much strength as he could muster, he stood up to his feet staggering and doing his best to be strong. "Xion?" he gasped knowing she had returned.

 

"Demyx!" Xion said in relief, turning her attention to him. "Are you alright?"

 

"Yeah I think so?" he wavered and swayed like a branch in the breeze. "I'm more worrried about what Xemnas is going to do to you and me though," he shook in fear at the sight of his boss.

 

"SORA!" Kairi called out. She tired to reach for him but missed.

A portal appeaered in fornt of Riku. "Huh?" He went through and saw what was happening. Everything was a mess. "XEMNAS!" Riku called out angerly.

 

Sora stopped when he heard Kairi call to him.

Xemnas heard Kairi and turned to see Sora. Xemnas summond an army of dusks.

Sora ran to Kairi, ready to protect her.

 

"We have to find Riku." Kairi whispered.

"I'm rihgt here guys! I'm standing behind you!" riku shouted, but noone heard him. 'What's going on?'

 

"Riku, where are you?" Sora began to fight off the dusks.

 

"I'm right here." Riku whispered. He knew that his attempts would fail.

 

Xion let him lean on her, watching Xemnas. She was only a little more coordinated then Demyx. "You'll be fine." she whispered, trying to comfort him.

 

Kairi sommoned her keyblade and started feating off the dusk. "This is retarted."

occ: I'm kinda bored right now, so if my characers say something out of character, you know why.

 

OOC: Damn, I have to go...be back sometime soon, I hope.

 

"Yeah I know, but the question is will you be?" he coughed a few times trying not to lean his full weight on her.

"We've gotta get out of here and quick!" Sora said to Kairi. Sora felt a dark presence. "What's this? Is it...?"

Xemnas looked down on Xion and Demyx. He opend a portal. "Come. We must go now." Xemnas said to the 2 nobodies.

 

"Riku?" Kairi called out to the air. She could feel it, too.

"Yeah, I'm here."

 

"You can feel his presence too? He must be near." Sora kept the nobody army away from Kairi.

 

"Doesn't matter." she trembled, feeling weak. She tried to back away from the portal, and Xemnas, pulling Demyx with her. The slightest pressure would send her tumbling.

 

"If you come with me you can regain who you once were. Isn't that what you want, Xion? It's your decission." Xemnas said to her.
