first off things that need CHANGE:

• under a Son of Sam administration, there will be no ****ing ***** ass censors to prevent you from speaking what's really on your mind
  
• when i am elected benevolent dictator, i will encourage (read: force) all female members to post pictures of their tits in a thread designated for such things, however ugly female members will be exempt from this rule because nobody wants to see your flabby ass a-cup titties
  
• to expand on the last bullet point, when i am running **** around here flat chested *****es will be instantly banned because they are contributing nothing to this site and natural selection indicates that they should all be dead as ****
  
• i will make the maximum number of characters you can have per user title even longer because redundancy is ****ing awesome
  
• the national anthem of khv will be ''satan's ice cream truck" by strapping young lad
  
• i will remove the ****ing non-staff usergroups so there is only one, because there's no reason to offer you ******s an incentive for posting more often when all you're posting is bull**** anyway
  
• oh also no more handing out ****ing make believe cookies to people and typing like a ****** intentionally, that **** will become a banable offense

and i'm sure everybody is wondering what my cabinet will look like:

my running mate will be HadesDragon but like any good vice president his job is basically to sit around and do jack **** until i die so he can take over

i haven't exactly decided where i want Cin but he has demonstrated himself to be one of the few people on this site who isn't a ****ing ****** so i'm sure i can be flexible in his placement

my good buddy The Spirit will become the head of the freaky sex department

Repliku will be asked to remain on as a moderator and he will subsequently be promoted to my Chief of Staff

my current campaign manager, Ghetto, will be asked to become my secretary of homeland insecurity (basically his job is to talk to you all really meanly and make you feel bad about yourself)

the hottest girl i can find will be given an entry-level position (get it? entry level) as my personal assistant

i've always found that Darkwatch is a pretty cool guy so i will bump him up to the rank of enforcer which means he will be busting the **** out of your ****** asses

i'm thinking Jerome might make a decent Secretary of Defense but i'm not entirely sure yet




oh and one more thing, when i am elected leader of khv i will have people who do not suck at tag making to come over here and teach your graphically challenged dumb asses how to make **** in photoshop that doesn't ****ing suck
