Uh huh. Laughing produces endorphins which are the body's natural pain-killers. When endorphins flood your system when you're not in any pain, your body actually becomes a bit more "keyed up." In other words, if you were already ticklish, your body becomes more so. More tickling leads to more laughter which leads to more endorphins which leads to more ticklishness which leads to more tickling and so on.

Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. :p
