Orihime walked into her dorm and sat down on her bed. she laid back her hands behind her head as she collapsed on her back. with boredom she stared at the ceiling wondering what to do

 

"And whats that?" Lucario asked.

 

Nero walked past lucario again

 

Ed had just heard Lucario's rules and sighed. "What's the point of the third rule? It only applies to the teachers. And what kind of name is Lucario? Probably japanese." Ed got up and went to Writing class.

 

"First of all, you did not pass these rules with the school board first... Second of all, I'm the one who decides who can be principal and who can't... Not Goku." The superintendant said.

"Aren't they all...?" Anna asked and laughed.

 

Haruhi walked into the school halls and wandered around. She considered what was going on and decided nto to dwell on it, she'd figure it out later.

"Well this school isnt going smoothly!" Lucario said. "People still bully eachother in this school and in the past year's student's have been hurt or injured from Wrestling and Hockey! We do not need any more accidents!". Lucario slammed his paw on the desk. "I am passing these rules becausei care about the safety of the student's! Everytime a hockey game is played someone get's injured by someone doing a slapshot on the puck! People get hurt by wrestling during wrestling matche's! I do not want any one to get hurt!". Lucario then started yelling. "If you care about the student's then YOU WILL LISTEN!!"

 

"at least goku didn't use the schools funds to pay off pizza" Trunks said to the superintendant

 

Vegeta was in the cafetearia

The superintendant slammed his fist on the desk. "No... you will listen to ME!" He shouted. "You have absolutely NO RIGHT to talk to me like that! I care strongly about these students and I only want the best for them! I don't care what your judgement is! You still cannot just start running a school by yourself if you do not know how it works! You must pass EVERY rule with the school board before you make any decisions! Understood?!" He took a deep breath and stood straight again. Then he looked over at Trunks. "What...?" He asked and looked back at Lucario. "Is this true...?" He asked.

 

"It was going to be for the honor student's" Lucario said. "I ordered it for them".

 

The superintendant sighed. "In case you haven't noticed, we're low on fundings right now... We've been trying to save up money so that we can open the sports programs again... If you want to buy the students pizza, then use your own money. School funding is meant to be left for school programs, and school programs ONLY... Understood?" He asked.

 

'Yes." Lucario said with a scared voice. The super intendant was really scary. "I'll donate some money to the school fund's if you let me keep this job!"

 

The superintendant laughed. "That won't be necessary..." he said. "Just make sure that you talk with either me or the school board before making any rules, okay?" He said and smiled. "You can keep the job..."

"okay. . ." Lucario said and he told the rules to the Superindentant."so those are the new rules."

 

Haruhi finally sat down in the cafateria. She pulled out a book and started reading to pass the time.

 

The superintendant listened to the rules. "Hmm... I think hockey and wrestling are fine..." He said. "We've provided every P.E. teacher with protective gear for the students so that nobody gets hurt. And it's a fun way for students to stay active without the sports programs..." He said. "As for not leaving the school grounds at luch, it'd be fine if they did... However, if it gets to the point where students don't come back in time for class, then they'll have to stay on school grounds for lunch... And if any alcoholic beverage is found on this campus, I give you the full right to expell them."

 

"Right!" Lucario said. "This school has alot of student's with powers. Do you have any too?"
