Help Another group removal problem.

So, I had to retire from being a judge of RP Idol, and as such, I was naturally removed from the group.
However, I can't unsubscribe from it, and it's taking up space in the user CP.

Essentially, I looked at the other thread about this:

and the problem I face is there is no unsubscribe option when I click the group tools thing.
So... help?

It might just be because you're not apart of the group anymore; can you rejoin and then try unsubscribing?

 

I seem to recall that being automatically removed when I was ejected from Voxli before, but I'm not 100% sure. Reguardless that didn't happen to you now.

I would go with what Misty said and ask Jayn to let you back in. However not being a judge, you may have to wait until the end of this time arround before you can do that though. I'm not sure how Jayn wants to play that one.


@Misty: A more automated solution to the unsubscribe complications (be it technical or just being confused) might be to modify the template there to look a bit more like the forum or thread subscriptions and include an "unsubscribe" button on the module (or whatever that thing is technically called).

Thanks, yeah, I got Jayn to let me back in so I could remove my subscription.
This can be locked now.
Although... if I may suggest that staff look into what Mixt has said, I think it would certainly be a useful little addition. After all, this has seemed to have happened on a few occasions now and is likely to happen more I would think. :/
