im a button masher, and will usually just keep mashing th buttons till i win while at the same time watching sora's health and healing when needed.

but i'd still say im more of an offensive fighter, and thats in anygame XDD

 

Most of the time I let Donald and Goofy take care of things in the boss fights while I sit back and heal them or give them potions. I mean- if you die, you have to start the fight over, but Donald and Goofy can die over and over again and I'll revive them up so they can pwn Maleficent or whatever. But on easy fights I just go "DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE BISSSSSSHESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

 

Most of the time, I'm defensive, but when the need calls for it, I change my tactics and go offensive

 

Always offensive the entire game except for the final boss. The enemies go away a lot faster and easier if you just lay into them, and I usually am able to heal right after if they give me any damage. The only problem is, in the final fight, Xemnas' attacks are sometimes too cost worthy for me to heal right after without dying, so I change tactics to defensive fighter for that usually.

I'd rather take on opponents tactically. Some opponents are easier if you just unload on them. Soldiers, Shadows, Darkside, Rock Golem, ect.

Whereas, others need to be engaged defensively, Ice Golem, Phantom, Defenders, ect.

Some require you to switch between aggresion and defence, thesee are the ones who are the most fun to fight, examples include, Kurt Ziza, Hades, Riku, Sephiroth, Gaurd Armor ect.

Each opponent is engaged differently. Different opponent different tactics.

 

I'd say I am kind of a mix of defensive and offensive. I strategically set up for each fight and do tend to use Items more and physical attacks etc over Magic. The only magic spell I ever really use often is Cure. It depends on which fight I do for how aggressive the attacks are but I love to use the abilities and see how many combo hits I can do etc. Some enemies, like the Ice Titan, you are forced to be rather more defensive so it just depends on the battle.

 

It depends on the boss i'm fighting at the moment... but I think i'm a mix of both. I chose sword and gave up shield at the beginning, so I could be excellent with offense and also good with magic.

 

im to lazy to walk up to the heartless so i use my magic to wipe the floor with those dark bums wooooo thunder you noobs!

 

well speaking more from a dog that runs around doing absolutely nothing and a duck that wont heal you even if you stuck the keyblade up its butt, then i must be a defensive fighter since they both do better hiding in the corner than helping me.

 

Lolz I barely heal Donald and Goofy if that's what you're asking.

My style is a mix of both in general, but I tend to be somwhat more offensive with normal Heartless (or Nobodies) and more defensive with bosses.

 

I mainly focus on Magic and Drive Forms. Not so much Drive Forms, but I use Magic alot these days. Magnet and Blizzard is my favorite combo.

I guess I just fight at a distance.

 

I pretty much close my eyes and hack away at the direction of the buttons, hoping for the best... So, button masher ftw.

 

I'm more defensive, but I've found with battles like against Cerberus, it pays to just hack away and get it over real quick instead of trying to dodge everything.
I set my party to heal me only in emergency now that Sora's so powerful, but I always give my party lots of hi-potions and I use mega-potions if I can so that they get healed too. It helps more in KH than Kh2.
Overall, I prefer a careful magical assault.

 

I'm a mix of both, but majorly defensive in KH1. In boss battles where both of my partners were dead I'd usually get to a safe spot then heal Donald. After that he'd heal Goofy and he would do that MP gift ability till I had all my MP. Made battles pretty easy.

 

I prefer the old hack and slash method, go in it and fight...but I will only use items if I am almost out of health really...so I'm more offensive than defensive. So, pretty much the same method in KH1, no doubt about that for me.

 

I use attacks the most. I use magic barely, only to heal. But it depends on who I'm fighting...

 

Pure offensive. I almost never use items and I try to keep spells at a minimum except for Cure and Aero.

 

I'm a more defensive fighter, and I always look out for Donald and Goofy.
