http://pokebeach.com/2012/02/placeholder-for-kyurem-forme-found-in-black-and-white-coding I am excite.
Dude. Yes. I love Kyurem, still need to get mine. Somebody made a legit Hail team for him on Smogon. I didn't even know Hail teams worked until I saw that one. So boss <3
Kinda figured something like this would come up. So I'm guessing the next pokemon game will include Kyurem's next form
lolSmogon Assuming there actually is a next game. I mean, if they were going to make it, they would have at least said "Yeah, we're making another pokemon game for the fifth gen."
I'd actually be really surprised if they didn't. Ever since First Generation they've always made a third game. If they didn't now, they'd kinda be breaking that streak
You got a probm wit Smogon Is this in their history? Do they typically announce these things, or just try to surprise everyone? Not that it would be a surprise, every damn set has had a third game to it.
Yes. You have a point, but I'm hearing more about this movie/game/I don't even know combo with some animu than I am about a new game or the R/S/E remakes.
Well stop it *sigh* Please do not mention the HYPOTHETICAL R/S/E remakes I get unpleasant flashbacks to many a /vp/ thread
Yeah, that Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition. That looks like a great game. I'm so getting it when it comes out. We probably will get a remake of R/S/E, but think of how long it took for the remake of Red and Blue as well as Gold and Silver. I'm sure we've got a while to go
No. No I will not. Well why follow the pattern of making a third game for each gen and not follow the pattern of remaking GB/GBC/GBA games? Hhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Also, would you rather RSE remakes or a Pokemon MMO? I've looked at release dates of past pokemon games and we should be pretty close, actually.
y >Pattern >Two iterations There's zero reason for it. All the Pokémon from that generation are available in this one, something both sets of remakes were made to address for previous generations; their popularity is, regrettably, much lower; and they are close enough in mechanics and features that a remake would not offer any drastic changes. It's all baseless speculation until Gamefreak comes out and says, "This is what we're doing." It's not like I wouldn't be excited to hear it. What bothers me is acting like it's already a thing. That's just getting people's hopes up unduly. Is that to say that either of those is likely? Because I would disagree with both. Granted, I had an idea for what a Pokémon MMO would be like... Say you could visit any of the five regions, catch any existing Pokémon, participate in all (or none) of the League challenges, contest, etc. It would be DS communication-enabled so you could transfer your Pokémon from any cartridge. And to boot, maybe they could schedule world-wide tournaments at regular intervals. But then, all of that makes it less of an MMO and more of a community organizer/ultra-remake, which would still be a great thing. It's all a pipe dream, of course, and unless it was exactly like that, I'd probably prefer R/S remakes. But that is all a moot point because what I really want is ANOTHER GODDAMN STADIUM GAME A REAL ONE WITH RENTALS AND MINIGAMES
Ah, Kyurem. How you angered me. So, does this sorta-kinda confirm a 3rd 5th Gen game? If so...yay! c:
I haven't saved Master Balls for non-roaming pokemon since D/P. Damn you, Mesprit! Besides, I had already used it on Black's weather-genie pokemon (not sure which one it is) before I even knew about Kyurem.
weather-genie pokemon? I can't think of what you mean by that. But I save my master balls. And you don't even need it for the legendary pokemon before N. Zekrom and Reshiram actually have the highest catch rate of all legendary pokemon, a 40/255. Every time I play the game I catch it on my first or second try.
Why would you save your Master Ball for a Pokémon that doesn't run? IF IT WILL STAND AND FIGHT, GIVE IT A FIGHT. IF YOU LOSE THEN YOU ARE NOT WORTHY
Hopefully it's not a stupid bug inside the coding and we'll actually see a new badass form for Kyruem.
