You should black out your product key on that screenshot. That said, it'd be more helpful to have the model name/number of your computer, so we can see things like video memory. if you don't have that, run dxdiag and take a screen of what it says.
I dont think you are gonna get fast speeds but try this. Go to emulations settings in config. IN the first 2 tabs set the clamping mode to "none". IN the speed hacks tab enable speedhacks in the top right corner. Set the EE cycle rate all the way up and put the VU Cycle style up 1. In able all of the options under "other hacks" and enable Mvu flag hack beside that box. IN the graphics settings make sure you are on DX11 Hardware and check native resolution. Your games may look very glitchy because you are using an intel graphics chip.
Hmm Crash Nitro Kart Works Fine between 50-59frps But KH2FM Still between 40-45 Frps? Ive Disk Cleaned Up,Defragmented and followed your Advice I don't where this is though 'IN the graphics settings make sure you are on DX11 Hardware and check native resolution.'
Config>Video>plugin settings. Also set your theme to classic and see if you can get better speeds with KH2FM. Right Click>personalize
If your on about Direct11 Hardware,I do not have it only up too Ten...But i prefer 9. And i do the others now.
That banner above the graphic settings will say GSDX10 but the Renderer you want Direct3D11 (Hardware). "But I prefer 9" Then why did you ask us for the best PCSX2 setting and then do your own thing? I guess you can do 9 if you want but there will be graphical glitches.
