Bisexual Marriage

Although I don't believe everything should always be politically correct, I wouldn't call two people of different genders on a date a "straight couple," because that would be assuming both parties are straight. Calling same-sex marriage "gay marriage" potentially skips over how the partners identify themselves.

We live in a world where everyone is different, the only way to not notice is if everyone was blind. As stated before, I don't believe everything should be politically correct. If we were, we would always refer to a single individual as "person," instead of a man or woman, or worse yet: A human being. If we don't draw any differences between humans and other living things we would call ourselves organisms. I think it's okay for people to notice and register things about others on the surface. Things like: A man is a person who happens to be a man; a white person is a person who happens to be white.

 

Only important if you really think its important, i see sugar and no sugar as rather trivial things at best.

For the record, I am bisexual, and I am not fond of any marriage... If anyone did not know.

I believe he or she knew the meaning. In order for a marriage to be bisexual, you would have to marry both sexes, which would necessarily include either a hermaphrodite or two spouses other than yourself.

 

Exactly. I thought that was the original joke, then there was a massive debate.

A bisexual marrying someone of the opposite gender? That's heterosexual marriage. A bisexual marrying someone of the same gender? That's homosexual marriage.

In order for the marriage itself to be bisexual, that person must marry at least one man and at least one woman (Or a hermaphrodite, but that would be rare.)
