Bleach: Rise of a New Generation

Nicole looked at him. For once, she was going to be blunt. "Kori... are you even suppose to have a crush on a human?"

 

"N-no." he said, feeling his heart shatter. "B-but you aren't an ordinary human!"

 

Nicole bit her lower lip. Inwardly, she felt terrible. But she wasn't going to show it. "But I'm still a human. I'm a human, you're a Soul Reaper. There's a big gap there!" She said while emizing the last part with her hands.

 

"Wh-what are you saying?" he asked, getting really upset. "Don't you like me?"

 

Kentaro sat up straight,taking out his phone and calling Sachi. "I knew this was going happen." He put his phone against his ear, hearing it ring.

Kaori was walking by the park where Kentaro was. She didn't see him since she was still feeling kind of strange, plus she was looking down. She raised her head, then looking around until she finally spotted Kentaro. She turned and headed to his direction.

 

Sachi heard the phone ring and looked down at her pocket. "Hm?" She picked it up and flipped it. She then brought it up to her ear. "Kentaro?"

Nicole was exasperated. "I like you, as a friend! But why do something your forbiddon to do?!"

 

"If it's because I'm a Soul Reaper, then I'll give it up! I'll turn in my Zanpaktou and stay in my gigai!" he said. "I just want to be with you!"

 

Kentaro looked at Kaori as she approached him. He turned his head, hearing Sachi answer. "Yeah, its me. Come by the park. Its something important. Call Kori to come as well." Kentaro hung up, stood up and put his hands in his pockets. "Hey." he said to Kaori. "How you feeling?"

"Fine." Kaori said before looking down. "Except, I don't know, I feel different today. I don't know why."

 

Sachi clicked off the conversation, then she dialed Kori's number. She raised the cellphone up to her ear, waiting.

Nicole clentched her fists. "Why!? You're a spirit, I am still flesh and bones. It's impossible!" Then she heard a phone ringing. It was Kori's cell phone. "That's for you..."

 

He picked it up and saw it was Sachi. He tried to stay calm and answered it, asking "Yes?"

 

Sachi spoke into the phone, "Kori, Kentaro wants us to meet him in the park, pronto."

Nicole turned from him and walked out of the room.

 

"What's it about?" he asked, his voice cracking slightly.

 

"What do you mean?" Kentaro asked.

"I don't know. Its just a feeling. I thought if I took a walk it would make this feeling go away but it hasn't." Kaori raised her head to look at Kentaro. She looked away, not know what else to say.

 

Sachi pushed the phone to her ear. "I don't know, he said it was something important though." She heard the small crack in his voice. "Are you okay, Kori?"

 

"I-I'm fine." he said, trying to hold back tears. "It's nothing."

 

Seth got up from where he was adn jumped off of the building he was on and began to walk

 

Sachi looked at the phone with a raised eyebrow. Then pulled it back to her ear. "Alright... see you at the park in five minutes then?"

 

"Y-yeah." he said.

 

Sachi nodded her head. "Alright, see you then." She shut the cell phone off and then flashstepped towards the park.

 

Kentaro turned around and took a few steps away from Kaori. He looked around, feeling that Sachi was on her way. Kori better hurry too. We all need to know about this. Kentaro rubbed the back of his head and turned back around, facing Kaori.

"Something wrong?" Kaori asked.
