Bleach: Rise of a New Generation

Sachi picked up her own zanpakuto. The invasion was over, and Kaori was able to defeat Hyosake. That's what it looked like anyways.

 

Kaori was on one knee,in front of Hyosake.Her sword was beside Hyosake's foot.Kaori looked down at the ground in front of her.Blood dripped onto the floor.

Hyosake was still looking up.His face was covered in his own blood.He slowly closed his eyes and fell back.

Kaori stood up and turned around.The Arrancar had left a long time ago.The sword she had in her hand had disappeared.Kaori sighed and a sword landed in front of her.She grabbed it and sheathed it.She turned to Sachi and Kentaro,smiling.

Kentaro chuckled for a moment.He sheathed his zanpakuto and smiled. "It's over." he said looking at Hyosake's body.

 

Sachi sighed out in relief. "Glad it is too..." she sheathed her own Zanpakuto. She looked at Kaori and smiled. "Good job."

 

"Soul Reapers are going to come soon.They'll probably take Hyosake's body off to Squad 12." Kentaro said.

"So,what's going to happen now?" Kaori asked.

 

"Who knows..." She looked at Kentaro. "They can't still keep the charge against you after today." She smiled a little bit.

 

"Yeah." Kentaro rubbed the back of his head and sighed out loudly. "They probably won't strip me of my Soul Reaper duties.But they could still not allow me to return to the World of the Living.I don't know we'll have to see."

Kaori looked at Kentaro.She looked down at the ground.She decided to keep her feelings for him,between Sachi and herself.

 

Sachi looked at Kentaro and smiled. Then she looked around... Suddenly she fell down to one knee. All of energy was depleted... "Phew..."

 

Kori stood there amazed. "Wow, that was amazing Kaori!" he said, reverting back to normal.

 

Kaori turned to Kori. "Thanks." She took in a deep breath.She closed her eyes for a moment and then opened them.

Kentaro looked around as Soul Reapers began to run around,looking at the chaos while others looked at Hyosake's dead body.He then saw a few captains coming as well.

 

Kori sheathed his Zanpaktou and waited.

 

Sachi leaned against the closest tree and sat on the ground. She needed a minute's breather. That was tough...

 

"Kentaro Matsumoto." The Head Captain called.

Kentaro turned around and bowed in respect for the Head Captain.He then stood up straight.

"I didn't expect to see something like this from you,the others or a human.Although Kori,Sachi and you weren't the ones that defeated the Arrancar,the three of you still were able to work together." The Head Captain explained.He then looked over at Kaori. "What is your name?"

Kaori bowed. "Kaori Hitsugaya."

 

Sachi looked up from where she was sitting and smiled. She didn't have quite enough energy to stand up yet, so she had to wait a few more seconds to recuperate.

 

Kori bowed as well.

 

"Your powers are amazing.I have never seen a human have that much power." The Head Captain said.He turned his head to look at Kentaro and Kori. "I believe this is the human that the both of you fought for.Kentaro,your duty as a Soul Reaper will not be taken away.And we will allow you and Kori return to the World of the Living.But,if the same actions occur once more,both you and Kori will be stripped of your Soul Reaper duties and will never return to the World of the Living.Falling for a human is forbidden.But those feelings will eventually fade away.So,we grant you permission to return to the World of the Living."

Kentaro smiled. "Thank you,sir.Don't worry,it won't happen again." He looked at Kaori then looked back at the Head Captain.

 

"Right." he said. "Because I would like to be assigned somewhere else."

 

"Why is that?" The Head Captain asked.

 

Sachi looked up at Kori in surprise, but kept her mouth shut. She waited for his answer.

 

"To keep me away from Kaori. It's for the best." he said, sighing.

 

"Very well then.You will be assigned somwhere else." The Head Captain said."As for now,Sachi,Kentaro,Kaori,the three of you may head back to the World of the Living whenever you wish.Kori,return to your Squad.Once a location is found for you,we will tell you."

Kaori looked at Kori then turned her head and closed her eyes.

Kentaro looked at Kori. Why do this to yourself. He then turned his head to look at the Head Captain. "Yes,sir." Kentaro bowed once more and then began to walk away.

Kaori bowed and turned around, following Kentaro.
